Only the left ear bud is working the right has nothing coming through at all.

Won’t Bluetooth?

Hi there, We recommend charging the Wireless Earphones for 2-3hours before use and try the below steps and see if it will work. →Go to the Settings-Bluetooth on your phone →Unpair Bluetooth audio devices that are already connected to your phone →Turn the Bluetooth OFF →Also, turn your phone OFF for few seconds →After powering your phone back ON, switch Bluetooth ON →Pull both earphones out of the case at the same time →On your phone, scan for new devices under the Bluetooth category →Look for the item code →Then select to connect →Once selected you should receive a voice prompt, and this should connect them to your device.

If this doesn't work, they maybe faulty and require replacement from the place of purchase.

How do you charge them because it’s not working for me

For some reason, only the right ear phone works. I also can't get them connected to my iMac. They show in my phone Bluetooth settings, but not on my iMac. Any ides?
