I just had the worse experiences with a lock smith. This seems to be the way all companies work. They say the minimum charge as $45 but we cant have an estimate beforehand and once the locksmith arrives we cant refuse the pricing because we will be charged for the call fee of $45. So, the minimum charge should be displayed somewhere to get the job done should never be $45. Isnt it misleading? Could customers complain to ACCC?

Yes, you are right. I had a bad experience too! Did not realise that the first company that appeared on google ad can be bad.
Arrrr crap, they are at my house right now. So far the experience is not going well at all.
