Having difficulty replacing light bulb on right hand side of Lofra glass top stainless steel range hood!, Not able to place into the fitting..? Any ideas?

Having problems with the extreme noise of the unit and now the lighting does not come on at all. Fan only works from power switch and not when you switch it on from unit. Think it is time for a new one. Only been in house three months so dont know how old it is

Please can you explain how to remove a downlight for replacement. How long should the globes normally last, as mine has only been used for 14 mths and not that often, thanks.

Mate throw it away.....the same thing happened to ours and it was only 12 months.......it is just a poor product :(
