Can you buy a replacement pot insert for Masterpro multicooker 12 1.6 ltr.

I have lost my little valve that sits in the lid,I think it's called the pressure release valve.I can't seem to find any information about where I might be a replacement.We have now had the cooker for over a year but haven't used it to it's full potential.Does anyone know where I can get a replacement?
I just chuck away my cooker last Thursday because of the poor coating. Otherwise I would have give you the valve.
Can I pressure can meats and stock using the canning function. It mentions canning jam in the owners manual but nothing about meat or stock?

How do I do rice in this slow cooker ? I’m going crazy trying to figure it out .
I am having problems with cooking rice. Last time I tried it was still building pressure after 1 hour. Did not count down. There is no steam coming out of the machine. I used the rice button and swapped timer to 10 minutes instead of 12. The rice is over cooked when I release the pressure on the machine.
Where is the manual to down load?

Can you replace the pressure valve on the cooker lid!?
It’s very wonky / wobbly and would not release in the slow cook mode. Had to push it with a pencil ton unlock the lid!

No sure if this link will be allowed. About instapot usage etc. This lady on youtube is great with her ideas and explanations. I think some could be used with our cookers. I will post link. external link
In one video she talked about using a glass lid on instapot, don't know if that would work in the slow cooker function, our lids might still need to be locked on. I ordered my cooker on the weekend waiting excitedly for it to arrive.
Where can you buy the silicone lid seal? can you buy spare inner bowls? Mine is the 6 quart.
Mine is the 6 quart size. Can you bake cakes in this cooker? I know they turn out softer on top like cooking in a microwave. My original MONIER crockpot came out with metal cake pan with ventilated lid. The newer slow cookers arent as high so couldn't use it. wondering if it would work in slow cooker mode. Do I need to add water around the pan? Can't remember doing that when i did used it back in 1970's & 1980's.

Using the slow cooker function, how do you change it from low setting with default of 6 hours to high setting and change the hours of cooking. I have not been able to find it in the instructions provided. Please help.. regards Annie Wilson. [Email Removed]

Hi Terry, no glass lid provided and no mention of one being available.
No glass lid. I would highly recommend getting the newer 14 in 1 version, as it comes with a stainless steel insert. You can buy it for $119.00 from minimax at the moment.
I had already brought the 12 in 1 and was able to buy a 22mm glass lid separately from Ebay for £7.99 which works perfectly.
wondering if the glass frypan lids would work.
My 7.5L stockpot lid fits the cooker bowl. I just blocked the vent hole on the lid. Tried this with the yoghurt.

I can't seem to get the timer on my cooker I turned it on it beeped the it showed 770 on the screen couldn't press the slow cooking function. So I turned off and unplugged the cooker from wall and pot then plugged it back in and it beeped but only one Zero on the screen how do I re set it please
