So far the quality of the build has been good and all the tradies have been very friendly. The only thing we are not happy with is the finish of painting, this shouldn’t be an issue as the supervisor has so far been great and we are sure this will be sorted. Show details ·  1

house met our expectations and was built to a high standard with minimal defects found during final presentation. Metricon were helpful with providing different product options when having to reselect previously chosen items (due to land titling issue - nothing related to Metricon).

Due to covid related delays, we had to wait on some products. However, our Site supervisor kept us updated regarding the delays and had these products installed at the earliest opportunity.

The estimated cost of our build was accurate and it actually came out slightly less than we were expecting due to provisions.

We had a really positive experience with Metricon and are extremely happy with our home. We would definitely recommend Metricon to future home buyers and build with them again in the future.

while working full time during a pandemic, I got everything I needed from Metricon. I am 110% happy with my build and would build with them again in a heartbeat only I don't think I will be moving because I LOVE my new house. Interiors were flawless, exteriors were flawless. I never felt like a number, I felt like a valued customer. Metricon showed they cared about me and my new house and as such my house has such good vibes and energy! He was reliable with a weekly phone call to update me on the progress of the build. Sales and presite need attention. We brought a display home, after 5 years the house is moving and cracks everywhere. Air conditioning unit broke down and very little care given. Don’t waste your time with builders who don’t know what they are doing. Show details

Don’t be fool by Metricon lifetime or 25 year structure warranty. You have to stay in the same house to claim any structural warranty which they don’t tell you when signing up for Metricon. Would rate 0 if I could! – Absolutely the worst building process!! They have done nothing but stuff up and have no communication. wonderful company – Purchase and build of new home went without any problems. The staff at Metricon could not have been more helpful. Workmanship was first class and little extras like additional splash back tiles were installed just like that. beautiful windows, they were delivered to site with some damages, some of the windows were installed upside down and needed to be rectified and we are still waiting for the sliding door to be repaired and glass to be replaced. Three Kings Concrete installed the exposed aggregate using local Boral cement and the exposed aggregate was inconsistently mixed prior to pouring resulting in installation cracks. The cracks occurred upon installation and not after the expansion joints had been cut out. Three Kings agreed that they would replace the exposed aggregate and we are still waiting some 6 months later. This is the first time that we have posted a bad review for any company or product as most other issues have been resolved in a timely manner. Hoping that this bad review results in some action from Metricon and we really didn't want to submit this review but felt that we had no other choice.
