Does this vaccum come with a telescopic wand.. I've just opened mine and there isn't one.

I’d like to know how to adjust the suction tube. Have two parts that are exactly the same and interlock. Doesn’t appear to be any adjustment. I’m short - one tube is too short and two together is too long. I’ve had the S5311 model which was easy to adjust. Please advise.

Hi there usually the parts are easy to interlock however if the two parts are exactly the same and there is no further adjustment usually there is a adjustment on one side to shorten and lengthen on one of the pieces. If not maybe ask a question with the retailer that you purchased from or check user manual may be able to give you some answers as I am quite tall in height so I have never had to adjust when I use my vacuum, hope this helps

I have been trying to get this vacuum, but found out, as usual, that the best products, for who knows what reason, are no longer being made. Does anyone know where I could possibly get one? Thanks
