How do you get both earphones to work at the same time? My left one keeps dropping out, and it disconnects the whole thing.

There is no inbuilt way to do that, you'll have to use your phone
the sound in the left ear is way lower than the right..... what can I do?
You can try using an equalizer with a channel gain limiter and lowering the right channel gain. Try using wavelet.
My left pod drops out for no reason with no sound. Do both pods have to flash blue to be paired?

I plug it (the one not working) back in to the case and it seems to reset it straight away for me

I have just recieved a set of Mokipods. I have found sound to be clear, but speaking is muffled to person on other end. Is this normal? Can I do something to improve this.

and i think it might just be the quality of the moki pods as they are not real air pods I guess they don't have as good mic quality.

Mine have a bit of muffling on right ear when listening high volume certain musics. No issues yet with hands free calls. Dropped one but it clipped together again. Battery life is waining slightly
