I i have taken 2 caps every day for over 20 years , first taking it to relieve breast tenderness when i was 40, should i go off it? , i also didnt know you shouldnt take ant inflamatories while taking it which i have done many many times ,the benifits are just wonderful, but i still want to take it ,is over 20 years too long ?
