Hi Jen I would normally recommend from 12 years and over due to the size of the capsule and swallowing. There are children's chewable fish oil tabs you can purchase or liquid you can add to their orange juice.
The ingredients is safe if they want to chew one or squish the liquid out as I know some parents whose children do. But it just taste gross.
As a 21 year old, is it okay for me to take this fish oil?
Absolutely it is fine. The younger you start the better. They actually even have a kids range of it.

No it's not good as fish oil is also a natural blood thinner. I'd speak to your go about another product. Maybe krill oil instead.

They were but had problems with production. Last time I looked they were importing from New Zealand and China...
