Nilfisk Elite Classic Questions & Answers

I purchased a Nilfisk Elite one year ago after the old Nilfisk Barrel cleaner of about 10/12 years gave up altogether. My floors are 90% Marri, 7% Carpet & 3% tiles & I haven't been disappointed at all with the Elite, except, there are almost no instruction supplied with he machine and me being of a more mature age, I cannot remember easily where the tools are stored in the body of the machine and there is not a logical place to find them. Please before I go crazy could you show me or tell me where the compartment is and how I get into it and I will put a sticker on that area for future reference & my addled brain!! Lights on, no one home! My 7 year old Nilfisk Elite won’t go, I have a Dyson for my main cleaner these days and the Nilfisk as a backup, clean filters, new bag, new batteries in the hand piece but it won’t go. All lights are showing on the handle. Is this fixable or shall I throw it out with the rubbish? I have always considered it to be good machine, but now, and after reading comments on this site, I think I may be wrong. Mark Lewis. Iquantify@gmail.com
