I have a 2.0 nooro foot massager I want to know how long you charge the units after the first to give it a full charge for the first time ? Please tell me thank you for your help. And its helping my legs and feet
I don’t think it’s clear how long it takes to fully charge the mat as there is no green light. I just leave it on the charger for an hour and that seems sufficient.
I have both an artificial hip and ankle and it has been my experience in the past that I can not use these gadgets as they create electrical shocks through my body. How is your Nooro different?
I don’t think it is any different to devices such as Revitive. It is just an electrical nerve stimulation device.
Brand new foot pad will not work! Everything turns on but feel nothing. So bummed and angry plus the company does not answer phone calls!
1. Ensure the (rechargeable) battery operated pulsator is fully charged 2. Ensure the pulsator is firmly attached to the mat 3. Ensure your feet are clean and bare and placed on the pad with no socks or anything else that will prevent the charge from entering your feet. 4. Turn up the intensity to at least half way (you wont feel anything below about 5). 5. Try the different modes as each has a different feeling. Some are very suble.
I would like to return my Nooro mat as it is not working only stays on for a short time and there is no reaction to my nerves paid $100.00 for this which is not doing its job

You have my sympathy and understanding. I too feel ripped off. We must accept that clinicians have no great solution, let alone an " easy fix" solution.

I finally got a refund by emailing nooroo before the parcel arrived to tell them I would by sending it back by return. I also reported them to our bank for fraud. This meant blocking my credit card which was inconvenient while another was issued. I think it was the bank that got me my refund I blocked "Dr Jeremy" & all the various nooroo setups but I still receive a few in spam. For about 4 weeks I received several emails a day, all offering new treatments/items/videos. I'm sorry that your device failed.
Ive brought 2 now after the first stopped working. The second one has stopped after 6 months. I did as they say not to leave it charging for over 4 hours I think. I charged it overnight by accident and wouldnt work next day.
