Opel Mobile Flip Phone 2 (2019) Questions & Answers

I have just bought an Opel Flip 2 mobile phone. When I press the menu key the phone book keeps coming up and I can't access the phone's normal menu such as settings, organiser etc. I also have a backwards blue E at the top left of my screen near the signal bars. How do i fix this?

When you select menu, the first item is phone. Then you use the up/down arrows to scroll through the other menu options.
How do you turn predictive text off on this mobile phone
Hey Merrill, From page 40 of the Operator's Manual: "If you don't wish to use the predictive text feature, you can simply press the hash key (#) until it selects the normal keypad function which shows either ABC or abc. "This will need to be done each time you wish to type a message. "To revert to using predictive text simply press the hash key until the symbol En, en or EN appears." Cheers, Peter
my Opel won't send text messages. It receives them ok but won't send. Can anyone help me please. Sylvia
