Ax5, now only allows one ring to be received before dropping out, any ideas? Have increased setting to 30 secs and turned call divert off!

I've had this problem for a year, 8 attempts from Vodafone to solve and two new SIMs and still doing it. Someone else reported the same problem on another site. There's a setting you can't change in do not disturb that says if do not disturb is on (it's not) accept the call if they ring back from the same no. within 3 min. I get my friends to do that and it works and have to do that on my answering message. So I can see where the fault must be in the programming, but I can't stop my phone from doing it and sometimes it doesn't even ring once, just tells people the phone's unavailable or wrong number. My phone has the latest update on it, I'm shocked there's been no update to fix this, really angry and have missed vital calls because of it, like hospital calls. The other person and I and both have Oppo AX5s. A common fault? They're on Vodafone, too, they tried everything and list their efforts here: external link .

Can somebody tell me how to lock the screen on my OPPO AX5? I currently go into Tools and then into "One Tap Lockscreen" but it does not seem to work? I find that my phone is making random calls because it is not locked...... and yet I have locked it. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Changing your phone number will not affect E-Warranty card information. Once the E-Warranty card is successfully registered, it cannot be modified or re-registered. Operations such as factory data reset or software flash on your OPPO phone may clear cached registrations and lead to a second prompt of registering an E-Warranty card. However, only the information registered and recorded for the first time will be considered valid by default, and the second registration information will not be logged or considered invalid by the system.

If the registration date of the E-Warranty card is different from the purchase date, the latter will be applied to warranty service.
