Oz City Cleaners

Not the kind of thing I would normally leave a review for but these guys earned it. Booked them last minute for a bond clean and they still managed to fit us in. The team was super thorough, spent a good few hours on the place and did not miss a thing.

The worst cleaning service – This is the worst cleaning service anyone could ask for. They never show up when promised, i have two elderly parents who were waiting to have lunch and no one had showed up at all. Absolutely terrible service. Not to mention wasting my time with constant cancellations and rescheduling on several occassions.

Perfect! – We had a bond cleaning with Oz and the company was amazing from the girls that booked it in, confirmed and the cleaners. They cleaners cleaned every corner and let the apartment sparkly cleaned. A bit pricey, but was worth it. Would definitely recommend. Show reply

Excellent service – I used oz city cleaners for my bond clean. I was so impressed with the pricing and the customer service to arrange my clean over the phone was excellent. I had two cleaners arrive right on time on the day and i was so happy with the final result. They were professional and friendly. Never use these people - left damage to property – I had to contact the ombudsmen just to keep my bond!!! I booked an end of lease clean. Upon arrival to the property these cleaners charged over twice the estimated amount. They charged for cleaning they did not complete, they left the property unlocked when they left. removed the broken blinds from the property and then denied all knowledge of this. I cannot say enough Never use these people!!! They risked me losing my bond and caused incredible STRESS and ANXIETY!!!

Please stay away! Scam artists! – Booked in a date and paid the deposit and later was told they didn't have the personal and couldn't honour the appointment. hours to clean a studio apartment (LOL). They said this because they knew the handover date was in under 24 hours and I would've been desperate. I fired them on the spot and got a third party cleaner to do the property in under an hour.

Do not book these thieves!!

Terrible. Didn't even turn up to a prepaid booking. Disappointing – Pre-paid and booked for my first office cleaning service today (that I wanted to book on a weekly basis) for 10 am at my business. At 11 am they still hadn't turned up (for a 2 hour cleaning job) and I received no courtesy call or any contact that they were running late. they weren't there or how far off they were, just that they could now come at 5:30 pm if needed. Very disappointing as this was the first encounter I had for a service that I was wanting to use on a weekly basis and they have no respect for the clients time or any common courtesy to even call when I had arranged to meet them there on my day off. I do NOT recommend this service and have requested a full refund which hopefully I will receive.

Great service, easy and friendly – I had a great experience with Oz City Cleaners. I booked them in one day before for an end of lease clean and i have not heard anything negative from the landlord. Worst customer service ever. Run away from them – Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made contact and was very clear about what I needed. They assured me l was booked in and then texted to say they weren't going to make it as promised. Completely unreliable and incompetent.

The worst! – Very disappointed. Basic things were not cleaned. Mirrors and floors and top of drawers. Never again. Should of looked at reviews first! Were very difficult to deal with right from the beginning.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY – I am a Property Manager on the North Shore and against my advise one of my tenants used this company to do the final inspection. What a terrible job! "Bond Clean"companies as I have yet in over 20 years to see one who actuals does a good job that does not need a recall. Always use your Real Agents recommended cleaners and save your money and headaches.

Unsatisfactory End of Lease Cleaning – Booked Oz City Cleaners for end of lease cleaning. Both I and the Real Estate Agent would not use or recommend this company again. bedroom looked like it had not been vacuumed or steam cleaned properly. The Real Estate agent requested they re-attend, which they did and again the house was not cleaned adequately. We were told that the stain in the bedroom could not be removed. The Real Estate Agent organised another cleaner to attend (which we have to pay for) and they were successful in getting the stain out, as well as the other rooms which weren't completed properly. To say we are not happy with the service we received is an understatement.

Worst cleaners in GC stay away – Absolutely do not use these clears, their company is completely disorganized and useless. They do not do what they are paid to do, Lack of communication, Waste of time, stay clear!!!

paid for but never finished – I paid for 7 hours in total and when the landlord was unsatisfied the company refused to re-clean or respond to any contact attempts. Find a better company next time.

Excellent efficient service – Great service! I hired them for an end of lease cleaning and the cleaners did an excellent job. A lot more professional and efficient than previous cleaners I have used, and reasonably priced as well. I got my bond back without a hassle. Horrible! Biggest hustlers out – Paid for the base 3 hours (2 people) all they completed was the oven then told me some ridiculous number of hours to complete the entire house. So basically I paid $200 for 2 people to clean my oven for 3 hours! Never again! I didn't extend as I knew they would make some nonsense reason to get more money! Biggest hustlers ever! Also really slow! Do not book with this business!

Worst experience of all time- DONT USE THEM!!!! – Cleaner (I had booked 3 ppl) showed up 3 hours late only to tell me he couldn’t do the end of lease for s 4 bedrooms house until 5 days later! Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. No one answering the phone.

Perfection! – Affordable, quick and detailed! 2 bedroom unit that I had been in for 5-6 years and it came out looking brand new! I got my bond back the quickest I had ever gotten it! Haha Will absolutely use these guys again! Show reply

End of Lease Clean – Booked Oz City Cleaners for end of lease cleaning. Cleaners arrived on time, friendly, and gave a quote for the work required. Job was finished earlier than quoted, and was good for the real estate. No re-cleaning required. Offered a re-clean guarantee, and honored our entertainment book voucher.
