my poolbot fully charged but won't turn on what do I do now ?

I’ve been cleaning the charging ports with vinegar a very stiff brush then cotton buds this seems to help it has turned on for me

try another power point just in case. could be the battery not charging because it has died. Terribly product. Store I brought mine from Pool and Spa Warehouse No help when it stopped sucking up. The distributor despite many emails and phone calls no help at all.

Not really, I get it to work then the next day it wont turn on again.

Ring consumer protection they were the ones that got my bot150 replaced for a new one, have been in touch with robot my life for 2 months with no replies 1 week with consumer protection and got a email saying a new one sent out it arrived yesterday, my bot had been used for 20 weeks when the fan went, I’ll see how this one performs

My poolbot 150 is 10 months old was brilliant until last week, shows as fully charged but will not switch on. I can see others had same issue, Ive had no response from c/s yet either.

I am having the same issue. Purchased in March 2025. When you call Customer Service it tells you to email them. I have sent an email today. Hoping to get a response ASAP.

I’m Still waiting for customer service help- I’ve called and emailed all contact details- had one reply from zohodesk just to say query received :-( Looks like these units have a very short life- I think from other comments 6 months max is it! Shame because it cleaned so well!

Same issue here - battery failed after 9 months. Reponses customer service responded once after 1 month and then nothing.

I have had my Poolbot 150 for 12 months. Up till now it has been doing a good job. However, the last 3 times i put it in the pool it only wanted to clean the walls and spend little time on the bottom. How can I get it to concentrate on the floor like it did previously?

My Poolbot B150 will not turn on despite lights indicating that it is charged. The number given for Poolbot customer service states that the number doesn't exist and the ROBOT MY LIFE customer service number says I'm first in line yet nobody picks up. After sending an email to the customer service centre a week ago i am still yet to receive any acknowledgement. I have only had this unit for around 8 weeks. I see many questions on this site regarding problems but does anybody actually hear back from these people? Surely they are liable for faulty appliances that we have paid decent money for? Want to give them a chance but may need to resort to the office of Fair Trading

I’m having the same problems. Similar time for owning unit. Now has turned to solid red light & have followed all troubleshooting advice. Also no response to email, phone to Robot my life goes to message saying to phone during office hours, which I do. ??? Have a few hours set aside to try to sort out on Thursday. Will update if possible

Did you manage to find out? I’m not sure whether to start using it without them. I actually received 4 small and 2 long (the have double sided tape) and then the long plastic thing with 4 blocks of polystyrene in it. Would be grateful for any info on what they’re meant for. Thanks

My Poolbot B300 is fully charged and blue lights showing. As soon as I remove the charger the machine will not start up or show any lights again. I'm so frustrated I've only ever used it once. Very disappointed. Can anyone help?

Full charge but only cleans for approx. 45 minutes First 5 times I used it ...fantastic. .since then doesn't clean the floor very well???
