Puri eBike XL Series Questions & Answers

Hi, I have a Puri eBike XL Series, which I have loved to death. As a result, she needs a bit of work. I have found someone to help with the work, but spare parts are a bit of a problem. Does anyone, have one that they have given up on, that I might be able to farm for parts? Or does anyone know someone that still supplies parts, here or in China? Thanks in advance. I am in the Hunter Valley.

my puri back wheel spins as per normal when off the ground but as soon as its on the ground with someone on it, it doesn't run and just clunks, what could be the problem?

My purie will not go it has lights blinkers and a fully charged battery they're fully charged but I think I might have messed up putting the batteries in I don't know and all the initiation maybe I don't know why can you tell me please can you imagine how to do my head

I have a question for someone who is automotive/tech savvy.

I very recently inherited my grandfather’s trashed Puri e-bike XL Series. It’s in pretty bad shape. It’s missing the charger and the key! I’ve sifted online, I know the place in Melbourne that sold them closed down and know that these aren’t made anymore, so now I have to problem solve because the manual is as useless as an IKEA flat pack instructions. When purchasing a charger for this, what do I need to look for? What voltage and specs? And then the key, is there a replacement key for something else that fits this? Or am I better to get a whole new wired key input to attach? If so is that straight forward or best for a machine/electrician?

I am bloody praying for someone to see this and respond, as I know it’s an old forum. Thank you in advance!

My XL has 4 new batteries, I replaced them as I can only ride 10ks out of a charge. My batteries fully charged is reading 14.2vlts on all 4batteries. ride 10ks and I have to peddle, return home and test them the amp gauge on bike is reading 0. Test with my multimeter it's still reading 13.2volt. I have tried all the local electric bike shops and even a Auto Electrician, they don't even want to know about it. There is got to be problem in the electrics, anybody got any suggestions..
