Qudo Wireless Headphones Questions & Answers

My QUDO bluetooth headphones are not working so when I put them on the charger and turn them on it is connecting and a blue light is flashing but when I take the headphones of the charger them turn them on it is not connecting to my device and there is not blue flashing light what would be the solution.

I've had two separate sets of these earphones. Both have had issues with playback of audio while listening to videos or music on YouTube. For some reason, even when there is plenty of charge in the battery, the headphones audio will stop working completely. The video/music is stull playing, has been no interruption in internet or Bluetooth signal and there is plenty of charge on the earphones. There is also nothing muted on the laptop or earphones and no delay or freezing on the screen when this happens.

Sometimes the sound will take a few minutes to come back on itself, sometimes I have to restart the laptop AND turn the headphones off and on again to get the sound to work again.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I had this headphone for some time but it's not picking up Bluetooth connection now How to reset it?

Pretty unhappy with this company. I bought 1 pair of these in June and they had an audio jack cable. I bought another pair for my other child and they no longer provide an audio jack cable yet the information is still in the instructions. So now I have to spend more money on an audio jack cable.

my pc asks for a number to connect to bluetooth any ideas

I can not use the microphone. Why?
