Danae has been fantastic to deal with throughout the pre-construction stage of my build with Rawson Homes. Fingers crossed… – In hindsight, from what started as a mediocre sales process we are now in a great position. Unfortunately it felt like the sales team were more focused on the numbers than being genuine in the sale. with what we signed up for. It just felt like we signed up for something that could have been better advised of prior to signing on the dotted line.

Due to the land developer being delayed by over (what we thought was) 12months, our journey has seen multiple customer service team members that were ‘ok’. Whilst we had an excellent journey in design with Deepansha - and really couldn’t talk any higher of her, we landed with Danae Langley from the Customer Services team to finalise the pre con stage, and aren’t I glad we did.

She has really picked up the pieces and have turned our experience from being somewhat frustrating and waiting over a month for feedback to being very informative with her communication completely on point. Every conversation felt genuine and left me smiling looking forward to pick up the next call or write back to the next email.

Fingers crossed her level of professionalism and genuine attitude rubs off with the sales team and we continue the high quality support from the Rawson construction team.

Seems the extreme amount of Staff turnover is taking a toll on customers and they are pushing customers further down the list with poor excuses due to under resourcing and missed parts of information.

We’ve recently moved into our beautiful new home and are absolutely thrilled with the entire experience from start to finish. He was very efficient in sending tradies out to rectify the minor defects found and always followed up the work that was completed to check it had all been done to a high standard. We were happy with the build overall, except for the poor painting work. During the warranty stage, Gordon went above and beyond to fix everything. He was very responsive, followed up with us regularly, and chased the tradies to make sure each job was done properly. He attended to every issue we raised and ensured it was fully resolved. Thanks to Gordon, the final stage of the building process was stress-free, and we are very happy with the final outcome.

The only challenging period we experienced was during settlement, when delays from the bank led to some frustration with the customer service side. Unfortunately, our consultant, Z, made that phase more stressful than it needed to be. Under such circumstances, when you’re already managing settlement stress, that kind of pressure can be disheartening.

However, once Nick stepped in and took over, everything turned around - the process quickly became smooth and stress-free again. Nick truly restored our confidence in the experience and represented Rawson Homes incredibly well.

We are now in the defect rectification stage, and Fred, from the warranty team has been quite supportive so far, ensuring issues are being addressed. We will update this review once that process is fully completed.

Despite the pre-construction process not being as smooth as it could have been, due to a few concerns outside of her control (such as being sent to sign construction plans that included changes that had not yet been communicated to me), Mary-Anne remained being utterly supportive, showing genuine care and willingness to help.
