Does telstra sim card work in realme noarzo 10 phone

Honestly, I don't know if it can be changed as I've never tried. In my experience the phone screen disables once the proximity sensor detects the top of the phone is close enough to my ear and then the buttons aren't able to be pushed but it might be a settings thing.

Thank you Tim, I have tried changing settings related to the microphone but no luck yet. I am trying to get in touch with a company representative but no luck there either. Apart from this issue, I quite like the phone.

I have a Realme C3 Rmx2020 , i bought the phone at an Optus store, the second Sim slot didn't work even though it was dual Sim, I rang Optus and they told me it wasn't locked and that it was a fault with phone and should take it up with Realme instead, anyway ended up ringing Optus a few times trying to work out why second Sim didn't work, Optus tech couldn't give me a reason, mangers couldn't either, they insisted it was REALME that was the problem, I rang REALME Australia and explained my problem, guy told me without even having to ask anyone that it was Optus who locked the second Sim because of the package deal that they had with the phone(C3) and if you still have the box the phone came in and read the "Terms and Conditions" it will tell you it's locked in fine print of course, sad thing is the staff who sold me the phone had no idea that was the reason and even more sad was that NO ONE at Optus I spoke to, not even the manager at Tech Department knew about it, you can't be SERIOUS OPTUS!! And I still haven't been able to unlock second Sim and I need it because I'm on a disability pension.

So you guys basically made a phone which has dual sim compatibility... But then also has a version which is identical in appearance but only allows for the one sim card ..... - not only does just one sim at a tone connect... But only one sim card slot....

- which would mean the second sim card slot... On your one line of phones.. Is completely redundant. Like, utterly pointless. But only on some of them. With the distinction not being in any way obvious to customers. Like, nobody says, oh btw, you can get the real me c3, It's a dual sim, 4/64 phone... Except for the ones that go networked locked, yeah, we basically had to go back and then actually make them a shittier phone by going in and badly removing that pesky dual sim feature and taking out 1gb of RAM, figuring that RAM is such a novelty in smart phones that will become less favoured and more useless as time goes on..... Yes.... "

Hi Lianne, thanks for getting in touch with us. The realme C3 has two versions. If you purchased the device from the open channels, like JB Hi-Fi, it is dual SIM compatible. If the device is purchased from Optus, it is one SIM compatible.

well i have 2 sims in my real c3. i get very sick of all the apps that appear and hopefully i have mastered it. it takes great photos. good luck.

I would say you'd need to contact Optus, who I believe are selling the "locked" version. Unfortunately they'll probably charge a fee. I think sometimes it's better to buy an unlocked phone just so you don't end up paying to have it unlocked. Another alternative might be to look online to see if there's a workaround. It's certainly a good phone, worth every penny! Good luck!

Where have you been 'Need help'? Ebay is your best source of unlock codes - just search with the phone model plus 'unlock'. Android unlocks start at around $US2.00 and range up to $15.00 or so. The most I ever paid was $19 (for a WinPhone)...

Well I have my unlock code but when I put a new network sim in and turn on it only says to ignore or emergency call,not any request for network code. How or where do I do this please.....it's doing my head in.

hi , I bought one yesterday from bigw. hours ago I just messaged chat online with optus ,they give me a unlock code and it has been unlocked successfully within 1 second. Now i can use my telstra card but only one slot working.

The open channel version, which is available to purchase in JB Hi-Fi etc., supports dual sim dual stand-by. Meanwhile, Optus pre-paid realme C3 is locked in Optus network and it is a single sim device. It you wish to unlock a pre-paid device, please contact Optus Customer Service.

Unfortunately if your phone is locked to the Optus network it will not support two Sims. I have an unlocked model I was given as a gift which works for two Sim cards from two networks.
