Talea Touch Plus SUP 032AR The dispensing head on one side is barely dispensing liquid. I have run the cleaning and brew descaling cycles, cleaned the machine and brew group. Still not working. Ideas?
We use a pipe cleaner, you can purchase from a tobacconist simple easy to use to clean out.

Regarding: Saeco Talea Giro Plus We've owned the product for about 8 years, it's been great. I'm having intermittent power issues for the past 8 months, maybe a year now. Sometimes the machine resets and/or powers off during the water prime, sometimes at the initial start of the bean grind and then just stops and resets. It doesn't do this all the time, sometimes it will go days without issues. Is this typical? Thoughts? Thanks!
Sorry Daniel I am not familiar with this problem. I have had absolutely no issues with my machine. Still going on strong.
Hi Daniel, Thank you for sharing this with us - it's great to hear that the machine has been going strong for a whole 8 years, and we'd like to see if there is anything we can do about the issues you described. Could you please reach out to us at 1300 363 391 (Mondays to Saturdays: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm EST)? We'd be happy to take a closer look - looking forward to hearing from you!

I have cleaned the brew group, used the lube it says to use, machine working fine again, but the light stays on, { the brew group light it off} any ideas?
Hi Shirley. Good to hear your machine is working fine again. About a light that is still staying on, could you please check whether you have turned the Seaco off before cleaning and placing back the brew group? When everything is maintained and back in place, you can press on again and any light should disappear. If that's not the case, we kindly ask you to get in contact with us so that we can ask a few more questions and get a better understanding of the situation. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter (@PhilipsCare), or on our contact pages: external link (AU) or external link (NZ). We'll then gladly look into this further for you. Kind regards, The Philips Australia Team.
I have a Talea Touch from 2009 that intermittently but regularly fails to prime its water circuit during startup, and logs an Error 05 "Water Circuit Interrupted". I've replaced the flow meter (turbine) which has helped considerably, but the machine still does not always prime it's water circuit and logs the error. Before failing to prime the water circuit it appears to wait doing nothing for about 60 seconds. There is a lot of water (much more than usual) appearing in the drip tray. Any help?
Hi Andrew, thanks for your question. We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Saeco Talea Touch. We advise having a look at our support page to find out more: external link . Mine is doing the same thing. For my machine to working i need to squeeze the Dreg Drawer at the top left corner in order to work. if I do release it while brewing, the coffee will stop flowing and the Alarm LED will light up. i have cleaned the mag sensor on black coffee dump box but that did not work. I refuse to bring it to a dealer that will need 3 weeks to look at it and will need to charge me to tell whats the issue and then more money to fix it.. please advise where any of the sensor are on the Dreg Drawer and any adjustments i may make. Thks JC
(PREVIOUS POST-Good morning - we have a Saeco Talea Giro that has been an excellent workhorse for many years (and has been cleaned and serviced regularly). Now it's new little quirk is that when dispensing it stops very quickly - however if you "hug" the sides, it starts again. Basically the machine needs to be cuddled for the coffee cycle to complete. Everything else seems to be working. Any ideas?)
Hi JC, thanks for reaching out here. It's unfortunate to hear you're having this issue with your Saeco Talea. The general alarm sign may indicate more than one fault in a machine. We recommend you to read the troubleshooting section in the user manual carefully external link , as well as the Cleaning and Maintenance section. Furthermore, check the following as these are common causes of the alarm sign lighting up:
- Check if all drawers have been inserted and closed properly.
- Check if the water tank is filled and there are coffee beans in the coffee bean hopper and check if the dregs drawer and water drip tray have been emptied.
- Perform these checks with the machine switched on.
We hope this helps. Otherwise, we recommend contacting us by phone, as we can get into this further there. You can reach us at 0800 658 224 for NZ and 1300 363 391 for AU.

Hi there, Thanks for letting us know your Saeco needs more love and affection lately. ;) We can understand this, but your Saeco should be able to function without daily cuddles. The best thing to do now is to give our colleagues a ring at 1300 363 391. They'll be able to help you out best.

Water keeps coming out the hot water/steam spout and no coffee comes out. Any ideas?
Hey Mel, We presume you've checked to see whether coffee is in there right? It might be that the brew group is due for some lubrication, as the moving parts might not transport the coffee properly, which results in only water as output. You could check how to do it over here: external link . If there's anything unclear, or this didn't help the situation, please reach out to us on 1300 363 391 if you're located in Australia, otherwise you're welcome to contact us through external link or on social media.

Hi is anyone able to advise where I can purchase a water filter for my Saeco Talea Touch Plus coffee machine? My machine keeps saying replace water filter but not sure if I really need to. Any advice or opinion would be appreciated.
Hi there, thanks for asking your question here. Unfortunately, the water filter isn't available through are own online shop anymore. But you could check various online retailers who might still have them in stock. To check whether you really need to replace the water in your coffee machine, we'd like to ask you kindly to give our specialists a call at 1300 363 391, since they're the ones who can answer your question the best way. Hope to hear from you soon!

I was given a Talea Ring (second hand), works fine but I would like a bit of advice.
In which order do I make it? Do I brew first or froth first also I like the strong aroma long coffee with double shot (like I am making coffee for two) is there a better way of getting a mug full rather than a little cup?
Cheers
Sandra
Hi Sandra, great to hear you're on your way to becoming a true home barista yourself! :) Cappuccino's usually are made by first pulling the shots and then adding the milk foam to the concoction. To get a strong cup you could just make two espresso's or more and add a little hot water (optional).
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
The Philips Australia Team
