How to insert sim?
Hi Ahmed, you can insert the SIM card by removing the back cover and then the battery of your Pocket Neo. Then, insert the SIM with the gold-coloured contacts facing downwards.

My one-month old Samsung Galaxy Pocket GT-S5310B is almost unusable due to the following pop-up re-appearing about every 5 seconds:
"Unfortunately, Google search has stopped"
