Got my fingers crossed it is a recent purchase and I would return it to the store you got it from and argue to exchange for another unit but not SAMSUNG and what you paid for it, comes off the next one of a different brand. Same here Brian. When I use 180C and up for baking I can remove the cookware by hand without oven gloves at the end of the cooking, no matter whether its ceramic, Pyrex or metal. But have you noticed there has been no more comments from Samsung about the time the warranty runs out? I belong to a lot of forums, groups and also am an Admin to my own forum, the word of Samsung junk is going out there to save people from being harmed or god forbid killed when using this faulty oven. Samsung is banned in our home, no matter what they manufacture.

I received the rather useless paper one and could not open the PDF either

What one of the 4 browsers I have tried or 3 devices would you like? All come up as corrupted. Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft, Safari. PC, Ipad, Android.

Samsung replaced the file weeks ago soon after I complained about it. I suspect that you have successfully downloaded the replaced file, just as I did after it was replaced by Samsung. There is no longer any problem. Regards
