We have a SR376NTS model and it constantly leaks water into the fridge from the freezer. How can we stop this?

I had to replace mine because of that. You can try defrosting it completely, because the leaking is caused by a buildup of ice that then melts. The buildup of ice sometimes breaks the internal temperature control mechanism too. The repairer told me there was a design flaw and the defrosting heat element is in the wrong place. I had mine repaired and it was still broken, gave up and bought a new fridge.

I have had this fridge for close to four years and for the past year it has been very noisey (chugging sound on and off). Has anyone experienced this problem? Samsung advised to switch on and off but this didnt work.

Yes my fridge started making loud noises after about 4-5 years. Sort of like a constant banging noise or rattling noise. It completely failed a couple of years later.

Fridge just stopped working. Worked for a few days if hardly any food in but a family of 6 we need to use a fridge to the max. Any food in there is going off by the next day or two. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix this? Bought 2008 Harvey Norman NZ freezer top and fridge bottom

It is defrost system failure. Switch off the fridge and keep it opened for a day and allow it to defrost, Keep the food away of course!
