Should have a base station that plugs into the tv headphone out which broadcasts the signal. There’s a dial on the headset for tuning.

I purchased a new one pair of these, and the left has no sound.. i don´t know if is the RCA cable (i tried connecting to some devices like TV, DVR, blu ray, Phones) i think that can be the circuits or something like that.. the headphones are new.. Any ideas?

Hi there, is it possible to connect a second set of headphones to the same transmitter? Thank you

Two of the exact same model, probably. But best to ask the company direct before you spend the money.

Do the TV speakers work the same time the headphone transmitter is plugged into the TV?

Depends on your TV, but it comes with two types of connections. If you use the headphone output of the TV then that turns the speakers off. But if you use the RCA/red and white connectors then the speakers will work like normal. On the TVs I have tried, the volume of the RCA output is a line level and so not affected by the speaker volume, which is nice.

Sorry never plugged them into a tv

I plug the red and white leads into the headphone connector provided, then plug into the headphone socket on my panasonic tv (i.e. same as using normal plug in headphones) and the speakers still work, so yes, the headphones and speakers work at the same time. I bought another set for my other tv and you can tune them to either tv which is great.

My transmitter on RS 110 II stopped working about 7 months after purchase. The on-off light doesn't come on anymore. It was working fine for 7 months. What to do?

Um... 7 months is within warranty period. Take them back for replacement.

The transmitter will only stay on for about 5 minutes, then turns off. I have to unplug it from my receiver and plug it back in. The green light comes back on the moment the unit is unplugged. Does anyone have a similar problem? The headphones are useless without a fix.

The same exact thing started happening to me a few weeks ago. I've had these for a year and a half with no problems and great sound. Now the transmitter suddenly shuts off after a few minutes with the sound on. The same as is happening with you. I'm looking for a solution, but haven't found one yet.

Hi. I just bought a pair and every 3-4 minutes the signal drops out for about 1 second and then cuts back in again. It's super annoying and now I'm sending them back. Looks like a common problem for some!

Didn't you get instructions, or you haven't read them? The two AAA batteries are located under the ear pad on the left, with the on / off switch. Just twist it to the left and it opens, showing them.

The RS 110 II pair that I have definitely require batteries.
