Shark IZ202 Questions & Answers

My shark Duo Clean is about 2.5 yrs old. It has somehow lost its suction power throught the head. If I use it like a hand vac its fine. I have pulled it apart and thouroughly cleaned it. Do I need a new head (nozzle)?? pls help.

Hi I purchased the Shark IZ202 cordless vacuum in March 2022. The first battery would not recharge after the first use. I did charge it fully when I received it and then used it til it ran flat as instructed. I had to wait 2 months for a replacement one to be available. This I then used and recharged a couple of times before it too would not recharge. I now have a 3rd battery and it too will not recharge after one use. It seems there is an issue with these batteries ? Has anyone else had an issue with the batteries? Deb

Doe sit shocks you when you use it? US versions give a lot of shocks while using it due to static electricity.
