Can I purchase a replacement head for my Shark Lift away NV350NZ 26?
Undoubtly the best ever vacuum I have used.
Can not get the HEPA cover to fit over HEPA filter that blew off while vacuum running. Cover fits perfectly & snaps into place when filter is out but won't snap into place after filter replaced. How do I get the cover to stay on? Will vacuum run okay without HEPA filter?
The power head of my shark nv350nz won't turn. The belt is fine and the vaccum still works. can you please tell me what the problem is.

My shark power head has stopped working. The vaccum itself works, but when I switch to the power head nothing happens. The brush doesn't turn.
Where do I get it serviced as the brush is not working? It has a 10 year warranty.

I was never aware of these as I live in an area where there was no internet for a long time..

Should we still be using these Shark Vaccums?
How old is your vacuum cleaner? If it has problems and need to be recalled then company has obligation to replace it, right? Can you contact the company straight? If it's too old over 7 years, then buy new one maybe better. A lot of electrical products only last around 5 years, not as good as olden day one, last over 10.
I have this model and sent mine and my mums back for the recall. They just put a new power lead on it. Apparently there was an issue with the power lead shorting out. If you have not had any probs with it for this long then you might be one of the lucky ones. I would get onto Shark and ask them about it. They sent me out all the packaging needed to send it back at no cost to me.

Sorry we had our vacuum cleaner over 3 years and still working good, and have never looked where to get parts from.
You can try eBay or Godfrey or shark official website.

Can you suck up water with a shark vacuum cleaner?
Have never tried it before, it might work as its bagless, you just have to wash and dry them after using it

lolol No it is not a wet and dry vac. but being a Shark you would think so :-)
looking for Motorized floor brush nozzle and price.
Warren i don't understand what a motorized floor brush nozzle is but the Shark liftaway has a brush that spins when you put it in that mode.it's a very good vac head.. hope this helps you Warren...

Why does my shark nv350 not stand in an upright position when stationary?
I've not had this issue with mine. You will probably have to contact their service department. :)
I had mine over a year before I came across the little hook on the fron of the pull-cart. You hook the big/main vac attachment to it and the thing stands up.

Is there a red light on it when the power is on? If yes, take scissors and cut whatever-is-in-there. A green light comes on when the brush is free.
THis depends on where you purchased it. If you got it from places like Big W or Harvey Norman then yes take it back there, if not then you might have to contact the place you purchased it from
Has the shark NV350UKC Got a power head?
Cones with the standard head, as it is an upright. The suction is outstanding. I have a thick shag pile mat, only vacuum that gets down into the pile.
Hi, the Shark NV350 does come with a Power Head as you can see in one of the Pictures , It shows the Power Head in action cleaning the Stairs, It comes with the 350 Vacuum Kit and attaches to the hose when you seperate the main body for easy carry round.

I don't know of any stores that you can go to for replacement filters, bUt theY Are Available on eBay with free postage... quite a few sellers, make sure you put your search in lowest price plus postage to highest so you can get your best deal.
I just bought this and the front filter blows air OUT - is this normal?
yes I think this is normal it has to come out somewhere.
