Dear Lallee Please check with 1800 857 944 to send a shark to your address. I suggest you make sure you have he 12 month warranty or else usually in 11 or 13 month it looses suckction on steam I wish you best and hopefully you receive a decent working shark

I used it only on tiles. It worked well but didn't last very long and caught fire as well. I strongly recommend from my experience not to buy this product.

The reviews have had advised that the mop is now discontinued

Do you not what the replacement is or is the another brand that you changed too??

It did work well on Tiles, However I had to use Bleach or HCL diluted in water to spray on the tiles then mop it with the steam mop. It worked only for 11 months and since October 2014 I have spoken to 9 different ladies from Brand Developers and TV Shop and they never returned my call and always say they will get back to me if a replacement is available. Its now 6 April 2015 and yet NO RESPONSE from their customer service team. Channel 7 is responsible for this since they were promoting it and now I have to see if they air my complaint on Today Tonight.

I see they are advertising the new shark scrubber, i guess this is the new replacement?? Looks really big and bulky, also you have to purchase liquid hard floor cleaners with the machine So what happens when this also goes deleted?? You are left with a machine where you can't get the liquid cleaners:(

Don't think i will purchase shark after all, but thanks guys for great feedback:)

I would like to buy some more pads, but am unable to find them, I would like 2 washable clean and dust pocket (p119w) and 3 all purpose scrubber pockets (p123w) can you please help me? I love my shark but need the extra pads

Target or big w have them but as we wanted this model which you can detatch and use as hand held steamer so we bought it on line with tvsn

Where can I get replacement mop heads and detail brushes? The instructions say to replace the pads every few months, but I can't find an outlet anywhere in Australia. Also, can I get spare detail brushes? That has been a fantastic accessory, but will need replacing.

Now it's discontinued, will spares remain available at all?
