Sharp SM327FH Questions & Answers

Does anyone know how to turn off the beeps? It's very loud and I can't use the microwave if anyone is sleeping. I've tried pressing for 5+ seconds on all buttons and it doesn't seem to be programmed anywhere.

I purchased Sharp 32L 1200W SM327FHS. It doesn't heat. On/off Timing function works fine. Fan works fine. Can someone help please?

Had sm-327FH for 13 months defrosted food straight on the-flat board left it and came back to defrost again there was a loud bang and the microwave no longer works. Is this unit as bad as everyone texts it to be or did I make a mistake in defrosting directly onto the flat board

I brought this mircowave yesterday have finally gone to use it but the flatbed part was popping when I glass jug in there cooking pasta. Has anyone had this issue and suggestions. I've always used this jug in all my other mircowaves without am issue

We bought the Sharp SM-327Fh(BS) in Dec last year. Absolutely loved it. Lately the bed of the microwave is filling with water and there are drips on the walls. Anyone know what the problem could be?

purchased sm327fh microwave. first use , view window went cloudy between the two layers of glass in door completely obscuring view of food cooking. Returned microwave & it was replaced by Harvey norman. Second microwave & at first use got same problem. What do I do?.. also purchased trim kit specifically for this model for $350... This complete purchase was not fit for purpose. I need an urgent solution.

Our first SM-327 FH last 24 days with very little use before a E5 fault was indicated and it would not heat food. The replacement unit the fan makes various noises that are quite loud and makes more noise than our washing machine, planning to take it back and replace with a different brand.

Less than 12 months old. E-5 on screen. What does this mean?

Bought a flatbed sharp microwave. When turned on makes a sort of grinding wop, wop noise....(almost like the sound if a turntable which it doesn't have) . Is this normal or should I return it?

One day old sharp 1200watt flatbed microwave. From the first use, sounds like a loud wop wop wop continuously very annoying. Should I take it back? I'm not happy with that annoying noise.

Bought sharp flatbed today, got home and doesn't heat up just comes up E5 code on display

Just purchased this flatbed microwave but after heating anything, either by selecting a set time or using the start button for 30sec the microwave keeps running when time is up or after I press the stop button. Open the door and it still keeps running for half a minute or so. Is this the machine running a cooling function or??? My wife won't use it, she is frightened of microwaves exiting the thing.

Just purchased the sharp flatbed microwave. Turn on the microwave and the door is closed but the light is on and there's a fan like noise coming from the microwave. Followed instructions and still the light stays on when door is shut.

What is the issue?
