Smeg SA37X Questions & Answers

Hi, wondering if someone could provide some guidance? My SMEG SA37X microwave all of a sudden stopped heating. Everything else works. Any idea what the problem might be? Or if it could be fixed? I live in Auckland NZ. Thanks, Ben

my microwave door won't open after heating. im only heating a bun. mostly happe when heating oats. any info?

My SMEG Microwave was really hot on the inside and the outside this morning. It had not been in use overnight. Two days ago the control panel became unresponsive. Any ideas?

my smeg microwave oven combo The micro wave setting is never the same to get a cup of milk from the fridge hot for coffee The watt setting is always 1000W Sometimes I set it on 2 minutes and other times it takes 2minutes 20 seconds to get hot Please advise Regard John

Our microwave has just stopped working. It actually looks like it works, but it doesn’t heat up. I’ve been told the fuse could be changed??

What would the new equlivent of the SA37X microwave be?? - that would be comparable in size so that I dont need to adjust space or get a new trim kit. Ours is getting hot but not heating - have booked a service but just tring to work out options. Repair or replace.??

My Smeg will continue to beep well after being used. I have tried pulling plug out etc. It is so annoying. Its not a light machine to get to the powerpoint behind but I have pulled out plug and replugged numerous times. Even while away on holidays left plug pulled out. So this is obviously not the answer. After using, everything seems to be ok and then five or so minutes later it starts up beeping. Can I do anything else or does this need to go to a repair place.

My SA37X came with apartment settled in 2017 in QLD. Now it stop heating. I have left message on website, I haven't got reply yet. Can anyone respond? Fei

Hi my turntable won't rotate on my Microwave SA34MX. I open the door and make sure that the turntable can turn which it does, sometime it then starts to rotate and most times it doesn't turn. Which then doesn't heat the food properly. Its under two years old. Please help Im in Bunbury WA

Help my microwave isn’t working. The light goes on inside but there is no power to the rest of it. Is this likely to be a ‘need a new one’ thing or is it worth getting a tech out? I can’t access the back as it came built in my kitchen. I’m in ACT thanks!

Almost since we bought this oven the timer jumps about so it might for example go 00:10 , 00:20, 99:00,:96:00, 00:10, 00:20 and so on until we get close to what we want. No one at service answers our calls and we leave message but no one calls back
