Can you provide information regarding the noise level of this kettle when in operation? Thank you.

Operating noise level is not excessive, no worse or better then other brands in my experience.

Hello there, I am looking to replace the plastic base of my Smeg kettle KLF04 as it has melted. Would anyone out there have an faulty one that has had to be replace that I could use for the spare parts?

Very happy with our new KL F04WHAU kettle but find that the chimes are a bit annoying. Can you advise how to disengage this function? Many Thanks. Alex Speakman

Rachel, this is normal. It is a feature of the kettle, designed to reduce noise when the kettle reaches boiling point. Hope this helps.
