We had Oz as our builder for the build as as first home buyers who were very nervous and didn't know what to expect, he was so patient with us but more importantly he was honest about what to expect. Throughout the process Jazmin the building coordinator and Darren the site supervisor were phenomenal, any query or questions I had was answered within the same day and the continual flow of information from them was fantastic. broker updated every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always willing to help whenever needed. I also want to say a huge thank you to Paul, who was an amazing builder throughout the entire process. He kept me updated with regular communication, sending photos of the progress and always being happy to provide measurements or help with any little touch-ups I needed. During my final walk-through, he made me feel so comfortable, and we even had a great chat along the way. I’m so grateful to the whole team for making this journey such a positive one and for helping me achieve my first ever home. I truly couldn’t recommend them enough

this was my first house so I was nervous if I picked the right builder or not. . Once my land titled the ball went rolling so quick I was surprised how quick it actually went. Mathew was my site supervisor who always returned my call in a timely manner and was very friendly in all aspects of the build. The house went up quickly and on time. Mathew was very organised and knew what he was talking about in all aspects of the process and I never felt like I was bothering him. We had one hicup with the concreting which was fixed however I do feel like they could step their game up with better concreters in future however the end result was fabulous and even after Soho getting my last payment from my bank for the house nothing changed with the communication what so ever so thank you to all that were involved with the last house built on Romulea circuit Diggers Rest you all were amazing from start to finish and I appreciate all your hard work and dedication to help create an amazing job with my house. I recently purchased an established (3 years old) SOHO Living townhouse that needed the floor to be replaced due to a previous kitchen leak. The warranty and maintenance teams at SOHO Living went above and beyond in their assistance. From the beginning they were transparent and honest about the entire process of the floor replacement. organised inspections of the damaged flooring and on the day of the floor replacement they came and moved my furniture for me both before the damaged floor was removed and after the new floor was installed. They also provided me with a list of the paint colours in the house so that I could touch up cosmetic damage from the previous owner and also provided assistance in getting my gas cooktop fixed (not SOHO Living's fault - Fisher & Paykel defect). When I purchased this house I was unsure that I would receive any warranty support as I was not the first owner, so I was very grateful when they provided the wonderful help. The team at SOHO Living were professional from the very beginning and I am delighted that I purchased a SOHO Living home (even though I'm not the first owner of this lovely home). Highly recommended!

Good but you’ll be waiting a few years before actually moving in – Affordable and modern builders but it has been 2.5 years since signing and paying a deposit and my townhome has only now started construction. Due to delays I was made to pay an extra 3% (in my case 10k) but the company have been good and said it does not have to be payed until a later stage in the building schedule.
