Soho were great from start to finish. All involved were great, my builder Ryan has done a great job very informative every step of the way. My townhouse was finished earlier than expected. High end appliances and lovely finishes. Painting has been done beautifully carpet and flooring look great, really loving the colour scheme. I’d also like to give special recognition to Ryan, my Site Supervisor. He provided detailed fortnightly updates with photos of the build, which gave me great peace of mind. After speaking to friends who have built with other companies, I realised that not every builder provides this level of communication, so it was something I really appreciated.
As a first-home builder, I had plenty of questions along the way, and the team was always happy to help and explain the process. Their support made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
Like many people, I arranged an independent private inspection before handover. Soho Living promptly attended to the minor defects that were identified and completed the rectification works on time, which I was very pleased with.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience with Soho Living and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build a home. I can’t wait to move in next week!

I also want to say a huge thank you to Paul, who was an amazing builder throughout the entire process. I recently purchased an established (3 years old) SOHO Living townhouse that needed the floor to be replaced due to a previous kitchen leak. organised inspections of the damaged flooring and on the day of the floor replacement they came and moved my furniture for me both before the damaged floor was removed and after the new floor was installed. They also provided me with a list of the paint colours in the house so that I could touch up cosmetic damage from the previous owner and also provided assistance in getting my gas cooktop fixed (not SOHO Living's fault - Fisher & Paykel defect). When I purchased this house I was unsure that I would receive any warranty support as I was not the first owner, so I was very grateful when they provided the wonderful help. The team at SOHO Living were professional from the very beginning and I am delighted that I purchased a SOHO Living home (even though I'm not the first owner of this lovely home). Highly recommended!

Although there have been multiple issues throughout the build such as poor paint jobs, cleaning not completed before handover and other minor issues, they are easy to get into contact with to fix the issues. We have had multiple struggles dealing with their warranty team also. Our sliding door has completely broken within 6 months of regular use. Cracks have already started to form on the exterior and interior of our home.
Good but you’ll be waiting a few years before actually moving in – Affordable and modern builders but it has been 2.5 years since signing and paying a deposit and my townhome has only now started construction. Due to delays I was made to pay an extra 3% (in my case 10k) but the company have been good and said it does not have to be payed until a later stage in the building schedule.
