Love my new home!
Really happy with the finishes and the layout of the home. So far SoHo have handled any issues I’ve had well and easy to contact to discuss issues with the build. Only minor issues and super happy.

Easy, stress free process with great communication
Happy with our new home! No major issues with the property and any minor issues were rectified within a reasonable time frame. Hayley was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the process. The build did take a bit longer than expected but that was due to material shortages which is understandable. Overall it was a stress free experience and everything was included with no hidden costs.

Value for Money
Great sales team. They answered all my questions promptly and with detail. Very easy to deal with. Its a turnkey build so no hidden surprises or extras. Kept up to date with the build all the way and regularly.

Very pleased with SOHO
I have been very pleased with my experience with SOHO. The customer service and communication has been very efficient. The build time has been on track with no unexpected delays or false promises. The lock in contract has also stayed valid and I haven't had to worry about paying any extra money that I didn't account for which I'm very happy about. I would definitely build with SOHO again and would recommend them for other people unsure about who to build with.

Amazing new home built by SOHO Living
We were happy with the amazing new home built by Soho Living.
Good quality products, workmanship was good except the painting job.
The building process was easy, Soho Living team kept us update during the building progress.
Materials costs and labour costs went up during the building progress but the company didn't charge us more.
We will build again with Soho Living in the future.

Building with Soho
Soho Living is a great reputable company that has kept us informed along the way of building a townhouse.
Currently mid way through, they send photo's of the various stages and keep us updated about the build.
Communication is strong and i would recommend this company to build your home.

The team is so good & the project mgt &the super are in contact with u every time if there is a variation in the contract

Full Turnkey Home
Builiding post Covid amidst the building crisis was a tense time for us, however Soho living eased our worries completing our beautiful full turnkey home in the promised timeframe. Our construction manager, meticulously delivered our home answered all our questions with patience and even offered to contact him whenever we needed. This has really reassured us in this challenging time for building homes.
The house is perfect, a big thank you to the Soho team.

It's wonderful to say that I had such a positive experience with Soho on my home. I appreciate the hard work and support provided by Thomas, building supervisor, as well as the administrative staff who contributed to making the process smooth and enjoyable. Good communication, updates, and attentiveness to clients are all key factors in ensuring a positive experience. I enjoy my beautiful new home!

Hayley from Soho is a godsend!
The main reason for my 5 star review is due to Hayley. our construction manager has been very hard to get ahold of but Hayley and Daniel have always followed up for me. We love our new house its just what we need. It was great value for money and overall we are very happy

Extremely happy, couldn't recommend them enough.
Overall only a positive experience. They touch base often and always keep me updated to where my construction is at. Always make sure I understand if I am not sure.
Couldn't be happier with this process and couldn't recommend them enough, especially Hayley! She's amazing.

The process before the Build took way to long
Too many delays with Soho and the town planning almost a year overdue and not alot offered in the way of Compensation.Once the build started it was actually wasnt too bad.
[Name Removed] the Building supervisor and [Name Removed] who looked after me before and during the build were absolutley AMAZING nothing was too much trouble and [Name Removed] sent photos after every stage.
Ithink some of the workmanship was not great and a little sloppy.
The cost was as quoted in the package.

Questions & Answers
Looking at townhouses. Can you please tell me roughly what the build time is? And are you having delays due to the timber shortage.
Find some other building company. We have signed home and land package with soho. Land got titled in august 2022 and still waiting for even plan to be approved from council. They are scammers and always come with exchuse that council is holding the town planning. You can find better builder than them in the market.

Lovely ,homes I do not like the tiles in the bathrooms am I able to upgrade (happy to pay for an upgrade).
I would like to ask that I have own my land which has not titled yet, do you also build turn key package house in Melton South?
