Spatone 100% Natural Liquid Iron Supplement Questions & Answers
I have ferritin level as low as 3! Should I give it a try instead of an infusion ,have to pay $500 for it in all. (non medicare)
I've had infusions before when levels were extremely low. Oral supplements aren't known to replace medically indicated infusions. I use Spa Tone for addressing milder low levels.

Why do Spatone only put 28 sachets in a pack instead of 31, our average days in a month, as only February has 28 days, therefore a box doesn't even last 1 month? I'm also very concerned at the amount of packaging waste used. Spa tone is advertised as natural. Wouldn't caring about waste excess & our environment show your company really cares & isn't only concerned about their business making money? The cardboard box the sachets are enclosed in is cumbersome & annoying. Trying to open the plastic sachets everyday is not easy, & I don't like that theres rubbish each day. Do you realise if you put your liquid in a bottle for easy Portage, that you could probably reduce cost by saving on all the excess packaging? It does concern me & others I've spoken to. Don't get me wrong, I love the product, I use the product, but I am not happy with the packaging issue, nor the fact that your company seems a RIP off because at the price one cant even buy just a months worth of iron to cover a full month. If you truly cared about our environment & your customers receiving the best, I believe you would minimize packaging, maximize days use, & look at the cost as well. Your loyal customer, Michelle :). I agree. I wish I could buy 200 ml bottles of spatone and pour it into a medicine measuring cup rather than waste so much packaging. The sachets are good for putting in my handbag or when travelling but I don't need them for everyday use.

I just drink it straight out of the packet.
Fructose intolerant , what can I use instead to have the spatone iron to disguise the taste ?
I add berocca which has vitamin C
I squeeze lemmon juice in it. Also fructose intolerant.
can liquid spatone be harmful?
It's a very low dose. My doctor recommended it for me as well as an iron tablet. I can't see how it can be harmful but really you should ask your doctor just to be safe. Maybe it could be for some people who have too much iron in their blood.
How long before and after taking spatone can I drink tea and coffee? Also does drinking orange juice before spatone help

Yes you can. If you take vitamin C before the iron this assists the body to absorb the iron. Spatone is very effective and to date I have had no side effects.
spatome is basically - natural iron rich water.
Like water you can drink with anything.
