Is the laundry soaker colour safe?

So sorry for the wait on this answer, Alex! Yep! Our soaker is colour safe when used according to the garment's washing instructions. We recommend not to soak any colours for over two hours with our booster ;)

Is the Original Laundry liquid and Advanced Detergent both compatible with front loader machines? I’m leaning toward trying the Advanced, but want to know if it is harsher on fabrics over time than the original?

Hey! All of our products are suitable for both top and front loader machines - our dosage requirements are based on front loader machines. In regards to the harshness on fabrics, nor the Advanced or Original Detergent should do any damage to your clothes over time, unless they are particularly delicate. The difference between the two is the antibacterial properties in the Advanced, to tackle dirtier, smellier loads.

Delicate items, especially protein based materials (Wool, silk etc.) are best to be washed with our Delicates range.

I purchased the starter pack but only received part of the products. Missing the booster pack and have emailed and messaged on Insta and no reply from the diet company. Love the smell of the advanced wash liquid but disappointed no reply re missing order items. Do they take a while to respond ?

I had a problem with an order that didn't arrive. I used Facebook messenger, left my phone number and they called me that day and it was sorted. Couldn't have been more helpful and apologetic, even though the problem was auspost. Have to say auspost were very helpful too.

You can get it online and it’s delivered to you. I recommend starting with a starter pack or a bundle pack. I also purchased the steel pegs (they’re awesome and I’m phasing out plastic ones with steel as the plastic falls apart). You can also subscribe to refills or just send the bag in when you need it refilled. Just Google Dirt laundry
