How do you replace the globe
Hi Geoffrey, I didn't replace the globe, I replaced all seven fans as they were absolute rubbish. I'd never recommend a Ventair product as their after sales service and warranty did not exist, despite nearly a full year of requests. I'd pick another brand if you can.
We have had new Ventair Harmony II series installed. In 2 of our bedrooms we get a low frequency beeping at irregular intervals. It usually goes 1 beep, silence the 1,2,3 beeps. Has anyone experienced this. Our fans are not remote control. I will appreciate any replies or ways to stop it happening. Thanks in advance. Ian Edmondson
Hi Ian, we had 9 of the Ventair Harmony fans installed. All but one made very loud noises..so loud it would wake us up at night, over time each developed gearing problems, had two independent companies review with both recommending removal. I went through the warranty process, which was absolutely diabolical, the local Ventair ‘expert’ attended and said there was nothing wrong. The company had absolutely no idea of customer service and were deliberately obtuse. We threw them all out effective throwing $3k down the drain. We’ve now installed Eglo fans, which I highly recommend. Avoid Ventair entirely.

What do I do if myvtwo brand new remotes seem faulty for my two Harmony 11 ceiling fans. Adelaide SA
Thought mine was faulty after being installed for a month then put a brand new decent branded 9v battery in the remote and there you go, all fixed!
Please can I have a Manual sent to me for the Harmony 11 ceiling fan. My builder!s electrician dud not leave a manual fir myvtwo Ventair Celing fans when he built my granny flat. The two remotes seem to be faulty as well.
Is the light really bright from Harmony 2? Hard to find a contact on ventair website to ask manufacturer.
