We have absolutely loved building through Ventura! All the staff were always helpful, supportive and knowledgeable! – The build was always managed well and we were kept up to date with everything. Any issues were dealt with promptly and professionally. We may have spent slightly over our budget, however, we love the final product. Beautiful home – From start to finish, this has been a very enjoyable experience. Communication throughout was excellent. Handover, the process was seamless. Yes there were a few small issues along the way like for any build, but it was how Ventura managed these, that made the difference. Their responses were prompt and communication with us as the client were outstanding. The quality of their tradespeople was excellent. We are very happy with the level of workmanship and the final finish. We love our new Ventura home and would certainly recommend Ventura as a quality, customer focused builder. Thank you Ventura.

We had a great experience – We love the house that we built with Ventura. We had a great sales rep who was extremely helpful with finding us a block of land where we wanted and we had a great deal of flexibility in adjusting the house plan to suit what we wanted. During the whole building process, if we had any queries or changes it was managed promptly. We are happy with the quality of the build and our fixtures in our home, we did up grade on our carpets and kitchen wall tiles.

If we had to build again we would go through Ventura homes . As it was a pleasing experience. In the beginning we had no desire to build until we walked though the display home. For us it was Wow, we could live here.

questions during the planning and build process we were always answered quickly which was great.

Only negative was after hearing non stop about ventura being all about the inclusions vs cheaper builders, we felt really dissappointed when it came to choosing our fixtures and fittings. Cheap and nasty driveway pavers, choice of two sinks, cheap plastic toilet seats and very basic blind selections. Just a shame you chose to skimp on these items for a few extra dollars as it left us feeling we'd been lied to as friends who built with budget builders were able to choose better qualuty fittings from same companies at no extra cost.

Overall great house, service and build and we would recommend. Just a shame it was let down at the end by the final selections of fixtures/fittings being very cheap and not very nice considering how we were consistently told we were paying extra for a premium product in ventura and it was these things where we'd see the difference.

do your homework and challenge anything that doesn't seem right. Of all the issues we had along the way, they were resolved eventually and nothing slowed or stopped the progress of our home.

At times we felt they were hard to deal with - but again, we stood our ground and knew when we were right. At times we wanted to pull our hair out, but now we are in, it was all worth it. Do your research and speak out if you feel they are over-charging you. Ask lots of questions.

I wanted to wait and write this review after we'd been in for a month. The after-care is important to me, and I can't fault them. This is where they really won me over. They have been available on the phone at anytime, and although nothing majorly wrong, they have fixed things quickly and efficiently, and actually gone above and beyond.

We had a roller-coaster of a ride building - as anyone does - we went through all the emotions, from hating them, to loving them and everything in-between, a thousand times over. At the end of the day, we love our home, they did a fantastic job, and they fixed anything that wasn't right (from contacts, to costings, to painting issues!) and you can't fault that.

Every builder will have their issues, but as mentioned stand your ground, do your research and ask lots of questions. Ventura delivered us a beautiful forever home and I would do it all again with them (not that I want to!!!)

our dream, they were excited to work with us and went above and beyond to achieve what we wanted. We have got our postcard perfect home, based on one of their floor plans but with extensive modifications to make a masterpiece. We didn't go for the standard brick and tile home, was this a problem, not at all! They jumped at the chance to build a timber framed home of such scope as ours. Could we supply certain items, we certainly could! Nothing was an issue.

Having the salesman interested from start to finish of the build was also a unique experience, this is our fourth build, and first this has happened with which is a nice change. Once we signed the papers there was consistent contact from Scott to check the progress and if there was anything he could do to help the build go smoothly. Scotts input and support definitely is a highlight for us.

As we built on a rural property it was not a standardised build. All the tradesmen worked well within our requirements and requests with minimal complaints. Yes there were some teething issues throughout the build but anything which we brought to the attention of the supervisors were quickly addressed and rectified rather than swept under the carpet.

The girls in the office were easy to deal with whether it was emails or phone calls checking on the progress of the build, or the numerous questions we had about timing of products.

Would we recommend building with Ventura, we certainly would!

as they often weren't dealt with in a timely manner became bigger than they needed to be. Our Supervisor was a nice man but a little too casual at times and would prefer to avoid difficult discussions therefore avoiding us and tradespeople. This unfortunately tainted our build and we can't say we were "wowed" by the service we received.

We did our final inspections with another Supervisor which lifted our view of Ventura. He was very professional and direct and we left the meetings confident that our house would be finished perfectly. Thank you Chris.

We can't fault Ventura's document control. Everything was kept perfectly.

Unfortunately we weren't overly impressed with the service we received but we are happy with our beautiful home.

We got an AWESOME House!!! – The workmanship is mint everything was done as we want it to be, every area was done as they promise to be on top of the range. very strong demanding so to speak personality, bottom line is I knew what I wanted and I wanted what I wanted.

All the staff and the tradies were very accommodating to our needs and wants and worked together to produce more than just our dream home, our home surprise even us it is more than just perfect it is awesome and we are very happy with it and all the staff and tradies that helped produce it, would highly recommend them all to anyone with the exception of one of the tradesman who done our main floor tiles which were crap and they done a crappy job as well, so it was just as well we had a great site supervisor the best to oversee all works to ensure things were done properly. Tilers were from Armanti Ties in Busselton would never recommend them to anyone for tiling jobs, but the tiles shop itself and service there was good just don't use there tilers.

Despite what people may or may not say I would never use anyone else to build my home 100% Ventura every time High recommend them and will be using them for our next build as well.

Sorry for this but Scott, Troy and Tracey you are the best and we appreciate all your hard work in producing us the perfect home and for putting up with my demands love ya work guys I will always recommend to........ ;-) everyone.....

A Great big disappointment. Absolutely Not Happy Ventura South West – Where do i start ,the slab went down was not square, in the space of two metres the slab was 25mm out. Which they did not bother to rectify after being brought up. Now the brick layers have laid the brick wall along the slab and hey presto we now have a wall with 15mm of a bow in the wall and also lost over 30mm of garage space right the way… Read more

across our garage.We had a site meeting with construction manager and superviser to get things rectified only for them to replace four bricks and they reckon all is good .

Well All Is Not Good Not Good And Not Happy And Not Paying The Bill.

To add insult to injury they just keep blazing away with total lack of concern for the owners $210,000 investment put the roof on and all the other bits.Then i get the roof cover bill stating works on site have been completed to roof cover well guess what roof is not fully tek screwed down the major I-BEAM that was supposed to be lengthened as it was to short and was so dangerously sitting on the end of a NIB wall has still not been fixed.

In my opinion i would be very very hesitant in signing a contract with ventura. They have a total disregard for the owner and when you write an email to them they don't respond in a timely fashion.
