It is simple to use. Simply push the buttons with your big toe for speeds and or heat. Test it out by trying different settings.

Just press you toes on the start button and press again for different functions. Sixth press will turn it off.

I should not think so, but I am not a doctor. That is a question you should ask them before using one.
I was given a visage foot massager but no manual that explains each setting and which is the best setting and how do I get a manual for it
Just use the Right button for speed/intensity by pressing with your big toe/foot. It starts low and goes to high. I start with H then press V and stay there till it turn off automatically. Try them all and see what suits you. The heat on the Left side is great in winter when your feet are cold.

Just try them out with your feet on the stand and use one or more that you like best. L = low speed massage; M = medium speed massage; H = High speed massage. V = Strong Massage. P = Program - Rotation of massaging. Don't use the heat for longer than 30 minutes.
HAW TO USE FOOT MASDAGER
Place your bare feet on top and press buttons with big toe. It will automatically stop after about 10 minutes or so.

It's simple to use with a manual. Just place your feet on stand and press Right button with big toe. Use the setting you like most. The left hand button heats the foot pads which is great in winter.
