We are looking at purchasing the Large Lift 2 for our girls aged 7 and 10. I am wondering if they will outgrow this trampoline in only a few years? It seems all the reviews are mostly for younger children. Can anyone comment on this? Anyone with older children still enjoying the trampoline or thing it is too small for older kids? Thanks.
I'm not sure exactly as my children are 5 and 7 now, what I do know is I do recommend the lift 2 if you do go down the trampoline path and it's still going great after a year and with the top on its great for use in summer. I wouldn't go any smaller than the large for those ages, and depending on room the extra large would be what I would choose for those ages
Hi Lauree! Thanks for getting in touch The Lift 2 is our coil spring trampoline and it has upper and lower springs to create an easy bounce for younger kids and also adults. This trampoline is great for all ages and has a matte black powder-coated finish on the frame for extra durability!

Hi, I have been looking through your website and cannot see a list of supplied parts with the Vuly2. Does the ladder come included with the standard product? Or do you need to purchase this as an accessory?

No, the ladder is not included, as we found out. It’s an ‘optional accessory’, but little ones can’t get in without it.

Hi would the tent set and shade cover for a lift 2 fit the lift?

Hi all, tried out the Lift 2 at the Vuly showroom and boy is it noisy, very squeaky with each jump. Was assured that this would not be the case with a new one, but just wanted to check. Has anybody experienced this? Thanks.
Hi Tony, Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. The Lift 2 in our showroom has been up for a couple of years and is used regularly, so that is why it has started to squeak. We will be taking this demo model down and selling it at a discounted rate. A new Lift 2 trampoline will be installed for the showroom which will not sound like this one.
We recommend to anyone that is experiencing noise issues with their trampoline (caused from old age) to use WD 40 on the joints. This will help to decrease the noise as it is caused by the metal rubbing together when being used.

Mine has been squeeking since I put the trampoline up for Christmas. It is so noisy.
Hi -looking at purchasing a trampoline plus accessories- I’ve read some reviews about shade covers perishing early and that the composition of these was going to be changed to be more robust. Wondering if this has occurred and even though shade covers are “free” with current promotion, if they ought be covered by a warranty also? Cheers, FeeBee

In regards to to the old shade cover, we took all the customer feedback about it very seriously so our Research & Development team redesigned the new shade covers to be made from the same material as commercial grade sun shades that are used in parks, resorts, etc. The new shade cover also comes with a 2 year warranty even if it is a free promotional item.
