The lights on my Westinghouse WRF900CS stopped working, replaced both globes, but still not working. It is only 2-3 years old. What is the problem or any other advice? Thanks.

My range hood fan motor is not switching on on pressing any of the 3 speed option buttons. There is power to the unit, no circuit breakers tripped and lights work fine. Is it likely to be switch or the fan motor??

Rangehood power flicks on and off its seems to be the 5 minute timer button. Since new replaced the control panel board same issue still. Have to remove filters and light panel to disconnect the power supply to the control panel. As it flicks and beeps at any time ongoing issue.

My WRF900CS has just stopped working, I have no idea where the fuse is located, found an instruction manual online that is useless.

external link  Hi Phil. I found this link which may help though you didn't say whether the globes still worked or not. There is also a website external link  which might be worth a go if you search under "Australia Whitegoods". Hope this helps.

Where can I get XT a flue pieces for this model and how much is it?

I'm sorry, I have no idea. I'm a consumer and only put up a review for this particular product. You will need to ask someone in the industry.

Sorry Tran but like Lawrie R, I'm just (or was) only a consumer. Scroll down for an Electrolux customer service email address - lots of luck! BTW I ripped out (well, deinstalled) this garbage and installed an Italian extraction unit, 900mm curved glass canopy, LED lights, very efficient, nowhere near as noisy as the Westinghouse and it only cost about $400 online. Looks elegant and functions well. Gone from grumpy to happy with just a few hours labour.

We have install Westinghouse canopy range hood WRF900CS and the builder has not install the flames outlet on the roof. So all the fumes and Greece will go in the roof space. Is it safe to do so? The builder is saying it is ok if it does not have an outfit on the roof.

It is ok to vent into the roof space but the roof space must then also be vented by a whirly bird on the roof or vents fitted to the eaves. Flames should never enter the rangehood, The minimum distance from the cook top to the rangehood is 650mm.

The lights on my Westinghouse WRF900CS stopped working, replaced both globes, but still not working. Is there a fuse to replace or any other advice?

No fuse. The assembly comprises simply a mains plug, a junction box, the fan, the lamp-holders, the push-button switches, and connecting wires. The whole assembly is held in by just a few screws. WARNING: Since you had to ask, DO NOT fiddle with this!
