I can't seem to get the clock from 24 hour to 12 hour please how do I do it thanks MWT25WH White

Thanks for contacting us, unfortunately, all the clocks on these microwaves/ovens are programmed for 24 hours and you are unable to change to 12.

We cannot see through the front door screen of this microwave with any clarity so as to observe cooking. Is this normal? Is this a Whirlpool problem? If we had known we would definitely not have bought. All microwaves we have used give you a good visual but not this one
