Appreciation for a great Sales Consultant
TAS, LauncestonFrom our first phone call and then throughout the planning stage, we have been extremely impressed by the support provided by our Wilson Homes Sales Consultant. We were particularly thankful that he took the time to listen carefully to our specific needs/desires (including budget limitations), and drew from his architectural insights to help us plan together a house that we will in the future call 'home'.

Exceptional experience to date
TAS, LauncestonEarly stages, but have been dealing with Phil and his team in Launceston after a horrid experience with another company.
Phil is the first person you meet and speak to so the face of the company in Launceston. My experience has been nothing but positive, nothing has been a problem whether big or small questions. Prompt, attentive and works with you rather than over you.
Together we have a forever home design that is perfect for my family needs with my two disab adult sons growing needs accommodated. I'm so excited to see this journey complete
... Read mored, a far superior finish offered, extras and $100K less than prior company quoted even with a worse soil test; the end product is nearly a mirror floor plan. I totally recommend Phil as your first stop, he is a very valuable employee for Wilson Homes.
Worst experience of my life!
TAS, LauncestonMy wife and I built with Wilson Homes and since practical completion we have had nothing but issues. Nothing from practical completion was fixed before we moved in, not one thing. It has almost been three months and there are still ten issues outstanding from practical completion (which are to be fixed before you move in) Some of these issues are quite large, front door water damaged and stained over, front door stained but frame of the door not stained, incorrect toilet door fitted (they say it is on order, and has been for months)

TAS, LauncestonOur build took about 18 months from signing , there was a few hiccups at the start with the foundation Chris our building boss got it all sorted & everything was managed well between Jesse & Chris keeping us informed along the way .
We got to take over our beautiful home in time for Christmas & we are really happy with it all . Thanks all involved

New Home
TAS, LauncestonThe process for my build was very slow at the start when dealing with the sales personnel at King Meadows display home. Once our build started the original site supervisor Elliot was fantastic kept us informed of the progress of the build with updated photos through the portal. We had a change of supervisor about 3/4 way through build which I felt slowed the communication (no fault of Damien) and updates.
The overall process with Wilson Homes Launceston was great the office staff (Jessie) answered all our concerns in a timely and professional

TAS, LauncestonDelighted with all aspects of our engagement with Wilson homes. Right from the beginning to our project completion, really appreciate their hard work, professionalism and consistent communication. Despite having Covid issues and product shortage, wilson homes, tried their best to complete our building before the deadline which is unbelievable. Truly appreciate the entire team involved in our project especially, our project co ordinator, Kim Hansen and builder Jerrad Turmine. Everything is excellent. The best thing we have ever done in our life and Wilson homes is the reason for it. Amazing work. Thank you all..

Adjust Adapt overcome
TAS, LauncestonIts been a long journey thanks to COVID and the extra issues to do with resources tradesman etc but as of today the house is completed and I must admit my expectations were exceeded considerably. I purchased at a fixed price and despite the increase in costs to Wilson's they come up with the goods as promised and I am beyond happy. The assistance and communication from Admin was nothing short of legendary with quick and effective communication. TAS, LauncestonThe entire team at Launceston was warm, welcoming and easy to talk to on the preconstruction of my home. The process was seamless and lived up to my expectations and I was overwhelmed with the choices I could make, I got the colours I required, and the consultant offer her knowledge of what would work well with my idea. TAS, LauncestonWith the exception of Covid delays, the entire building process with Wilson Homes has been seamless and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From start to finish their processes and communication was faultless. It made building my new home much easier than I ever anticipated.

TAS, LauncestonMy home was being built in a difficult time with covid restrictions and material shortage but I was happy with Wilson's keeping me updated weekly. The workmanship is what I would expect within the price of the build. The cost was as expected, with only two minimal alterations. Overall satisfied with my new home.

Great Building Experience
TAS, LauncestonOur building was well managed, from the start of selecting our design, signing the building contracts, it was absolutely a fantastic experience.
What we loved most was the weekly updates of our building process.
We always looked forward to seeing how beautiful the interior of our house would looked like and certainly, we were not disappointed. Above all it was a smooth process we got the keys before the final completion date on our contract as there wrere no delays. Thanks to Jarrad, Thalia, Kim, Elliot , Phil and to the rest of the Wilson Homes Launceston Team.

Brilliant service
TAS, LauncestonExtremely professional and friendly service. This is our first time building and they made the process extremely easy for us across the whole process. I really want to appreciate Kim Hansen who is my current project coordinator & I wish I met her from the beginning to discuss my house plan. She is amazing, easy to communicate with, has a better understanding, and has very friendly service. She went above and beyond and we are extremely grateful to her.
