I have a new 2023 windsor genesis can’t find the fuse box anywhere please help
Above the fridge and under the bed
I have power in caravan but fridge not working .
When I plug into the mains the fridge and microwave come on but lights and power don’t, I have to hook up the battery for the lights and power points to work is this normal?
I have a new 2023 windsor genesis 220md. I have been trying to fill the 2 tanks from the one port and was told it will fill both. It filled tank 1 and it will kick the water back without following on to tank 2. Is there a switch somewhere to fill tank 2? TIA.
Had the same with our 196rd, turn on the pump and run some water from the sinks, it will clear any air locks, ours took 10min to register on the status panel

If that is your only problem, you are doing very well! Feel free to take it back to have someone in their workshop assist, failing that, the warranty process... but video record everything including the visit back to the place of purchase. Good luck! I would suggest something more practical, but Kratzmann did not include the TV remote when I bought my new van. Currently going through QCAT.
Hi Tanya. I bought from Kratzmann too and their warranty inquiries are shocking. Reported all water leak, caravan floods from windiw and roof vent. Day 2 the awning collapsed and broke so I can move the van and they are no help at all. Told me to silicone it up when they said it is a known fault. Deny the awning cheap materials at all. I can't get it there so they said pay for a mobile assessor of their agreement. Van is a month old. So deflated. Good luck with them. The finance guy Josh has been the only good thing in my experience. Still working out what to do.

Hi we’ve a 2nd hand Windsor Genesis 2006 model with 2 water tanks & 1 grey water tank. There is one filler point that, I believe, supplies both tanks & 2 breathing holes that I take the caps off when filling. We’ve a water level indicator that shows each freshwater tanks’s level. At the moment 1 tank has just run dry & the other appears full. However much as the pump is trying to pump it is spluttering & only delivering a drop of water. QUESTION. is there a switch/valve somewhere we need to switch over to access the 2nd tank???? I can see 2 pipes coming up from below as if there are 2 separate feeds to the pump but of course it’s hard to tell. The in line tap is open for both pipes.
Any ideas welcomed.

We have Genesis 176rd single axle. What size are the wheel bearings. Will Ford or Holden bearings fit. Thank you

Windsor genese 2012 ensuite lights, stove exaust lights, water guage, TV all stopped working at once. Where do I start looking to find out why.
check out fuses and also the battery charger. Prob find battery is dead as well
