The flexibility we were granted in designing our home was a huge plus, and Hassan expertly guided us through each step of the process. During the tender presentation, Gino Cerasoli was outstanding in explaining everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. As a first-time homebuyer with no professional experience, this clarity was crucial. Gino also provided valuable tips on how to stay within budget and avoid unnecessary upgrades. He made a few design suggestions which dramatically improved the layout as well. We couldn't think of those ourselves. The willingness to keep working on it until we reached a point where we were happy is truly appreciated. Their deep industry knowledge helped steer us in the right direction while still allowing us to make adjustments and amendments that were in the best interest of our home. Gino also gave us a clear overview of potential challenges with council approval, making it easier for us to create a plan that met our expectations.

Gino truly went above and beyond to make this process smooth and stress-free. After meeting with several builders, I can confidently say that no other consultants were as professional, knowledgeable, or attentive as they were. Gino (and Hassan) are invaluable assets to Wisdom Homes, and their dedication has far exceeded all of our expectations.

came time to the Canvas Quarter Selection, the advisers I worked with were professional, and the selection process itself was easy and well-managed. Everything was clearly explained, making it a smooth and efficient process.

When we moved to the pre-construction phase, we did made some changes to our original plans. Although it took some time to get CDC approval, during this time, the communication was excellent and no delays come from Wisdom end. I was always kept in the loop with clear guidance on the next steps, and all my emails and calls were responded to in a timely manner, which helped reduce our stress around the process. Difficulties were well handled.

Overall, so far, the experience has been very good. The team has been professional and responsive .I’m feeling confident as we move closer to the construction phase.

Box Hill and were upset to learn that Wisdom no longer had this house design on their repertoire and that they were not actively building in Chisholm where we had purchased our new block of land. When we decided to build with Wisdom Homes we looked at the reviews. There were many with 5-stars and a few with 1-star. Sadly, we feel a 1-star review is warranted from us. We did not even get as far as signing the tender. interact with several site supervisors during the construction period, specially if it's a large organisation like Wisdom homes. We built our home in the Gables (2765) and we interacted with four site supervisors including an area supervisor during the build, some of which were capable than the others.

What I found motivating is that when things don't go to plan, Wisdom homes have a good administrative team who listens and make corrective actions. One individual who I would like to call out for her great attitude and professionalism is Tracy Gomes who was our Construction coordinator. Tracy was basically our conduit for communications, clarifying queries & raising concerns during the construction period until we received the keys. Tracy was quite responsive and accurate, which is a must have attribute in a home build. I'm sure Tracy would have managed many clients at any given point in time, but her communications were very personalised which drove to progressive conversations (I didn't have to repeat myself over and over)

Overall I'm quite happy with the build with Wisdom homes, specially knowing that there will be someone who you can talk to when things need attention.

Unfortunately the same can’t be said for Wisdom’s pre-construction processes. It has taken 12 months from the first tender to our file being moved into construction. Despite our best efforts to turn things around quickly, including all the many selection and design decisions, Wisdom made a number of errors with our plans that delayed us by many weeks. These were often errors relating to the CDC rules which were not picked up by anyone in Wisdom and only came to light when the plans were submitted for CDC certification, which is just unacceptable for a professional building firm.

Wisdom’s administrative processes generally are also very slow, it can take weeks to get variations costed or plans updated even for relatively simple changes. Most builders suffer from this but after our first build Wisdom promised us we would see significant improvements - if anything we had more frustrations and delays this time around.

We love Wisdom’s designs and their flexibility around floor plan changes and selections. We know their build quality is fantastic but they really need to completely revise their planning processes and properly resource their teams.

Wonderful team – During pre construction stage we have interacted with Summer, Jessica and Kate. Each of them have provided valuable suggestions and feedback which helped us to close the loop in time. They have made our journey easy and ensured all the requirements are met. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and discuss the multiple issues we've encountered with our floor plans, we have not received any timely responses or updates from either of them. We are 6 weeks from contract signing and they still can’t get correct floor plans. This lack of responsiveness has been not only frustrating but also deeply disheartening.

In stark contrast, Vince from Sales at Marsden Park has been the sole source of support and assistance throughout this process. He has gone above and beyond to help us, often taking on the responsibilities of Karissa and Gavin, who have been unresponsive and unhelpful. Vince's dedication and professionalism have been outstanding, and we believe he deserves recognition for his exceptional service, including a well-deserved pay rise and promotion.

Furthermore, we were repeatedly promised that, as returning customers to Wisdom Homes, we would be given priority for our build. Regrettably, this has not been the case, and we have felt let down by these unfulfilled commitments.

This ongoing lack of communication and the broken promises have made our experience with Wisdom Homes exceptionally frustrating and disappointing. As loyal customers, we expected a higher level of service and support.

We sincerely hope that you will take our concerns seriously and take immediate steps to address these issues. We look forward to a prompt response to our concerns and a resolution to the problems we have encountered.
