The maintenance went very smooth and professionally, they cleaned and vacuumed after themselves once done and could not fault the trades that came out. process of picking out things and colours a real debacle, with things being missed or not explained properly. Too much paper work too sign and had a few issues with items actually ordered and colours. Some senior management were ok to deal with others no so much. The worst experience was after the build a d when they have to come to fix things. It was very obvious that once they get their money they don't really want to deal with you to get things fixed. The person in their maintenance corey was a real tool to deal with. We spent so much money building the house. The front door has water come underneath when it rains to this day. The skirting on the bottom give way in most places. Handles come loose or totally came off and the maintenance guy just did not get along with the supervisors we escalated too. For such a big company there is a lot of inconsistency with there service through out the different team. When you are going through things and choosing things people should have understanding to appropriately guide the customer. Maintenance Team need to understand and listen to the customer and not just wash their hands with everything.

David, where we were given every opportunity to point out anything we believed needed addressing before settlement. This process allowed us to study the home in detail and David was more than happy to note down all of our, very minor, notes and have them addressed immediately. David had these matters seen to and kept us up to date on the completion of these jobs, up until settlement and in some cases just beyond settlement. No question or request was too much and David was most willing to help out in every way. His nature is calm and approachable and his product knowledge is re-assuring and accurate. We felt heard, considered and cared for, leading up to settlement and now that we are living in the property, we have reached out to David for a number of things and he continues to support us. What a terrible builder. They said us they will provide Aircon that should have capacity to cool down all house. We found that they provided very basic Aircon, that doesn’t have the ability to cool down full house at the same time. Also the house was harded over very dirty condition. Before the build we were unfortunately lied to by the salesperson re the basix estimate and because we had asked for it in writing we were luckily able to get a credit. compromise (which was at our cost). Although we acted in good faith in relation to this scenario, we regret doing this as we identified some items during our 90 day warranty period which are being rejected by Wisdom despite being claims falling under the Home Building Act. We could sit back and compromise at our cost again, but we wont be doing so this time. We'll be taking it to fair trading and all the way to the relevant tribunal if required. Their general counsel thinks he's a big dog threatening everybody with legal costs because he's scared of having to do a little bit of work defending Wisdom.

Set some expectations before you pay the initial deposit... trust your instincts – Nice display homes. Sales process was ok until we left a deposit, then were ghosted for a few days. Asked for deposit back because no work had been done on site, hard no. Decided to proceed to tender. Chose to deal with someone else but thought I'd jump on here and leave my experience because apparently they receive a lot of good reviews on this site. thought I might balance things out. UPDATE: received phone call with apologies and if there was anything they could do, i asked for deposit back, they responded with "only if you remove your negative feedback". gag orders occur in multiple forms. you can keep the $1500, it came off the tender of the other builder anyway.

pretty good for us, by far the stand out area of excellence for us was the maintenance phase of the build. Michelle Leal coordinated this for us and she is beyond fantastic at her job! Michelle was kind & personable, she was understanding of the fact we have a new baby & we are time poor and she was an excellent communicator. Michelle guided us through the process, coordinated all repairs efficiently and effectively and made sure we were kept informed of the process, which happened extremely quickly.

We were happy with our home before, but even happier after working with Michelle and the maintenance team tradies. An extra shout out to the multitrader, Robbie, who did a fantastic job of repairs and to the trend glass team who were lovely.

He’s very professional, thorough, and flexible. Whenever we had a concern or wanted to make a small change, he was always willing to listen and find a solution that worked best for us. Any question or issue we had, he’d respond right away with a clear explanation or a reassuring “leave it with me,” and by the next day, it was done. In 2020 we moved into our beautiful Wisdom home after a fairly issue free build. In May 2025, we noticed water leaking from our upstairs main shower and escaping from the tiles leading out into the entry into our hallway that resulted in the floorboards starting to swell from the moisture underneath. team a plan was put together with multiple trades to investigate the cause of the water migration through the waterproofing and then rectify. The Warranty team was so helpful. We were a little apprehensive initially but the team kept us updated throughout the whole process and when there was an issue with the trades, the Warranty team was able to resolve quickly and kept the repair work progressing to completion. We found Wisdom during the build to be wonderful to deal with and can honestly say that the post build support provided by Wisdom was exceptional also. We would definitely build again with Wisdom because of the confidence of knowing if something was to go wrong, Wisdom will 100% work with you to make it right.
