No, I don't believe they are, although I have used them riding in relatively heavy rain a number of times with no issues so far.

Yeah, I still use them 5 days a week, no problems at all with them. I purchased them from Amazon, here: external link Not sure if they're still available, but there's probably a dozen similar pairs on there that come from the same factory.
