I have fitted a nylon line head to the bushcutter but forgot to put the holder on Now can’t get the head off Is it broke?
Lost spring from gear assembly to cutter head, have new one, how does it fit in, does it need something to fit on
Brand new Honda 435U. Do you pull out the bit of plastic coated cardboard before use. Its between motor and fuel tank.
My trimmer is feeding out too Much line . What does this spring look like plz?? Cause my bumper has no pressure to it

I use 2-3 metres of cord and divide it into 2. Then follow the direction on the head and wind it on. There will be an arrow on the plastic spool.. It takes some practice to do this so don't be discouraged if you have to redo it a few times. I also use 2.7mm cord or line and not 2.4mm which I think breaks too easily.

My brushcutter starts and runs perfectly fine, but if I use it for a while and then stop for a break, I cannot get it to restart. It is not fuel (recently replaced fuel cleaner). It is not air (recently replaced air filter sponge). Could it be because of the spark arrester? Something else?

Are there any heavy duty metal heads for the Honda umk 435u brushcutter? I have managed to wear out 3 of their ‘heavy duty’ plastic ones so far on our rough terrain.
I bought an Oregon one that has an aluminium centre at the bottom (the bit you bang on the ground)
Brand new from dealer won’t rev to its full range took it back won’t replace it I’ve had 4 previous to this the same with No problems any ideas

Have you lost the spring? You may have too much line on. Try cleaning inside a spraying with wd40 or similar. Make sure your spool is the right way up. Usually it won't bump and put out if something is wrong. I'd say it's due to the spring not working and locking it. Find out why.

Honda grass cutter 435T starts well but when I squeeze on the trigger for more power it increases speed and suddenly looses its power or dies out. If I pull the wire again it start and after a few seconds loose power and stops. any ideas?
check the exhaust wire mesh, could be blocked by carbon
I've found mine must be creating vacuum in tank.When it starts to die loosen fuel cap for a second then tighten again.And it works fine till it makes another vacuum.Not sure how to remedy this as yet.
The carburettor needs a carburettor service kit run through it. Or you can buy a cheap carburettor on eBay, but not sure how long the diaphragm and pump will last.

I would not recommend using petrol with 10% alcohol, I am using 95, but I am not a commercial user
