In all honesty I can not express how terrible thee cameras are. I don’t know how there is no class claim against them. Take my advice and stay right… Read more

away from this camera. It has made our life hell. From false notifications right through to no notifications and the random camera going in to limp mode. Each time it gone off line or to limp mode, you have to grab the ladder climb up unscrew it delete it off the app reset it and install it again. The battery life is rubbish. The solar panel rubbish. You do not get no where the advertised time out of the battery. Also notification to not detect animals is selected yet we received 89 notifications of animals! Some were nothing or just an insect or it was an Animal, yet failed to detect a vehicle and that was selected as an action for it to do. I have 5 cameras of these and all are rubbish! Customer service and wards is amazing but it does not change the fact of the torment these cameras have created for us.

Disappointed with performance and reliability – **UPDATE** I have contacted support and they asked me to get the camera down to troubleshoot connectivity. They would not help until I did this. Once… Read more

down and the camera was next to the hub, it worked of course. Then they said that they can close the case because it now works. I’ve done this 20 times and it works for a day or two and then stops again. It is easy for them to close the case though.

I have four cameras connected to the Hub. Sometimes 2 cameras work and sometimes 3 but hardly ever all 4. No matter how much you fiddle with the "Activity Zones", it still picks up movement outside of those zones. Batteries do not last very long so you're constantly charging them, with one battery completely dying within a few months. Ongoing subscription cost is something that I did not know when I bought the package, and I look forward to cancelling it and binning the whole system.

Unacceptable Experience and Refund Issue – Harvey Norman Bondi I regret ever starting this purchase. I bought a camera at Harvey Norman and, shortly… Read more

after the purchase, received an email stating that the product would be available for pickup in-store within two weeks. After two weeks passed with no updates, I called the store—only to be told the item hadn’t arrived.

A month later, I followed up again, and no one could give me any useful update. I asked when the item would be available and said that if it wasn’t coming, I would prefer a refund.

Instead of a proper response, they immediately issued a gift card, without even discussing the refund option. After a lot of back and forth, they finally informed me that the product had been discontinued at the Bondi store, but was still available online.

Despite the delays, lack of communication, and overall terrible customer service, they ignored my refund request and used the discontinuation excuse to avoid resolving the issue properly.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. Harvey Norman’s customer service has been unprofessional and disrespectful, and I no longer trust this store. I absolutely do not recommend buying from Harvey Norman. The customer service is unreliable and the way they handle problems is unacceptable.
