the spout with thanks to a rubber o-ring. Benn using it for over two years now. Overall a good tap with rather excellent waterflow for 4 star water rating.

Now for the bad, the chrome plating on the handle is starting to chip off the handle, but that may have been my fault or the kids. No leaks like other reviews on here, well ones that weren't the plumbers fault (tightened nearly everything by bloody hand) just had a small inlet hose leak, easy fixed but required the painful removal of the whole tap again.

Overall, considering it gets used daily and other than a minor leak over time with thanks from the dodgy plumber, I'd recommend the purchase, but maybe bear in mind others that have had leaks with the black pull out hose. If it's installed correctly, I believe the black pull out hose will last you years and wont leak, just make sure it goes up and down smoothly after it's been installed.

Door handles – I have never had a house that I have constantly had to tighten the fittings I would never recommend dorf products to anyone they are a pile of garbage

Caroma/Dorf mixers, taps and showers. Three years later, it started leaking from where the neck meets the housing. Contacted GWA bathrooms and Kitchen, the parent company of Dorf and was asked to email photos of the issues and proof of purchase, which I did the same day and the next day I got a call back from them, acknowledging the issue and offering me a replacement. Because this model has been discontinued, a couple of options were given to me and I received the chosen option by post last week. All up, it took them 7 days to rectify the issue. I find this very impressive and thanks to the two people who dealt with my complaint and resolving it within such an impressive timeframe. Thanks, GWA Bathrooms and Kitchen for standing by your warranty promise and restoring my faith in an otherwise beautifully designed product.

Poor product – 3years old and has corroded and leaks from the spout chrome arm seal and must be replaced. Expected at least 10 years life given the $150+ purchase… Read more
