weeks and the difference is amazing! I’m finally able to get a full night of sleep! Really impressed with the quality of the workmanship - they say 10 year warranty but I think it will outlast me! Another plus is that it’s Australian made. And the customer service was excellent. A couple of things to note: (1) it comes folded in half and rolled up, so no problem fitting it in a car if you pick it up from the warehouse, (2) it’s heavy (which they tell you on their website) so get some help to unpack if you have back issues like me.

There was no pushy sales with plenty of time to try the various mattresses. Payment and delivery options were flexible with delivery expected in 7 days! As an EOFY sale, I not only received 50% off this premium mattress but was gifted two expensive latex pillows and a lovely gift pack. I will review again after using my mattress but shopping experience was 10*'s out of 5'*s.

possible way to put it simply. Firstly, please do look to see if each review is verified before taking it for absolute truth. My husband and I have both developed severe lower back issues after sleeping on this mattress for just over 1 year. It "hammocks" very badly and literally within 2 weeks the mattress top was showing deep body indentations on both sides (and we are not heavy) (Photo attached). On inspection the latex is full of bubbles (please see image) which I imagine is a general quality issue. It is also extremely hot to sleep in compared to previous mattresses we have owned. The mattress feels hard, yet sags very badly. Notably we have never had such a bad experience with customer service either. We called the head office in Springwood, Brisbane and spoke to the general manager Jessica to discuss the issues, and to cut a long story short, we were told it was our own fault for listening to their in-store customer service person and going for the firmness recommended to us (Soft/Firm/Soft). Following this conversation we then paid full price for a firmer top layer to replace the soft layers. This layer turned out to be exactly the same feel as the soft one, sagging, with no support whatsoever. We have now paid around $15,000 for a mattress and toppers that are so uncomfortable we cant sleep on the mattress at all, and the manager Jessica has told us it's not their problem. To add insult to injury they are trying to sell us even more toppers, (with the offer of last years prices) They have treating us with contempt and disrespect and unfortunately there's nothing we can even do about it, apart from posting this review to hopefully help others avoid the same sad experience. The thick fabric topper has collapsed, but also all 3 latex layers, even the firm middle layer, so the latex is very very bad quality. This didn't happen to our last latex mattress that we only paid $2,000 for, and had for almost 10 years. The mattress has now been thrown out, it was so badly indented and such an instrument of pain that it was not even fit to give away. Please save yourself the pain and money and look for a company focused on the customer, and building trust (Many companies offer trial periods and full refunds these days) and that's what we are going for this time, to avoid a repeating of this huge mistake.

After a 1 year painful experience purchasing from Domain a Dunlop king mattress which has one 2cm layer of latex only plus other useless layers and 2 layers of springs which poke into ones hips all night and results in a huge hump in the middle of bed and sinking at each side. We received no assistance after making complaints. After extensive research we decided to buy the Pure Indulgence full latex mattress from Lisa who kindly arranged the white glove delivery and the removal of our disaster bed. We now love our 2 single latex mattresses preventing partner disturbance during the night. The beds have a king mattress protector and fitted sheet holding the 2 mattresses together perfectly. We are over 80 years, tall and substantially built so we chose the firm layers. We love our bed now and look forward to many more sublimely comfortable years. Thank you so very much Lisa.
