I was told that the booking was approved and I was all ready to go and that the loaner car would be waiting for me once I got to the body shop on the designated drop-off date. Just to have Right2Drive ring me up last minute and right before the weekend (car was due in on Monday), and tell me "unfortunately we cannot help you as we were unable to get a hold of the other party or their insurance company." I was NEVER GIVEN any indication they could not assist me!!!!!! How is that my problem at this point! They just dropped it like that with no further assistance, leaving me grappling with what to do for a car when my car was about to go into the shop!! Very weak apologies or fks given by Right2Drive. This is a very unacceptable way to do business. I am an older person who has never or would ever (due to safety) take an Uber anywhere and have had bad experiences with taking a taxi anywhere. To put it bluntly, I am terrified of these methods of transportation. This accident is NOT my fault, nor is the fact that they could not find the guilty party's details. Given my body shop is not very convenient to varied public transportation and no one to rely on, I was very worried and stressed. Would NOT recommend this company!!

they needed their hire car back because RAA was refuting my claim again. I am in the right, confirmed again by my insurance, NRMA, who are, as we speak, organising a hire car for me. The crash repairer organised the car through 'I'm in the right' on my behalf without the option to go directly through my NRMA. Would have saved me lots of angst and worry. Do better, 'I'm in the right' if you expect good ratings. Don't give our hire cars willy-nilly if you are deeming yourselves a reputable company. I do not recommend this company.

first to appear in the search. They answered my call with the greeting 'claims dept'. I asked if they wanted my RAC policy number and they cleverly get you to give the details of the incident first, provide sympathy and then get your your personal details, I kept saying how I am fully insured on my RAC policy and if they could confirm but they avoid answering directly saying because it's not my fault I wont be charged etc don't trust this company. It was only when I spoke with the autoshop when they wanted to confirm my insurance and I advised it was arranged with RAC, the lovely lady at the autoshop warned me to contact RAC immediately as Indigo and Compass had intercepted my call (via the Google search). I contacted RAC and they confirmed that I had never spoken to them. When I contacted Indigo it was clear that it was all a scam I have sent them an email and I will be putting a complaint to DEPT of Consumer Protection.

because I was a first time local resident hirer a $1000.00 security deposit was required. I said when booking the vehicle it dis not state this only the hire cost. The man said it was in your email, yes but that is after you took my money. I called support explaining I could not tie up $1000.00 for 10 days but she said unfortunately you will not get your money back. Not very happy with this rental company, I have never been asked for $1000 security from other Cairns based vehicle hire companies. I do not recommend this business.
