Purchased a 32 cm frying pan. Cleaned and seasoned as instructed. Smoking and burnt stains occurred within the first 60 seconds of usage. I should haves saved my time going to House to purchase and just tore up $100 to put in the bin. Show details

Handles get rediculously hot even with holders. To dangerous to use. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Very disappointed because I thought that Baccarat had a good name. Show details

I purchased a new frying pan from House. When I added oil to the pan while cooking at low heat the oil runs from the centre and pools around the edge… Read more

A pleasant surprise in our busy world of today – Being retired pensioners and having owned a set of three magnificent Baccarat stainless steel saucepans for a number of years, we noted a bakelite… Read more

handle on our 20cm saucepan had developed a longitudenal crack, for 3/4 of the handle length. I was aware our saucepans came with a lifetime warranty, and Emailed Baccarat Australia, describing our dilema. Our mail was quickly responded to by a pleasant and very Customer Service orientated employee, named "Victoria". She requested details of the bakelite handle crack, with photographs of the damaged handle and base of the saucepan. She also requested my home address, and a short series of emails ensued. I was then advised my saucepan model was now obsolete. Baccarat Australia requested I choose from two similar sized, but more modern selection, of saucepans, and we chose the Baccarat Capri 20cm saucepan with glass lid and insulated handles as a replacement. Our corresposdence, in very short time, saw Baccarat Australia, with the kind assistance of Victoria, immediately forward within the week, a full replacement, brand new, Baccarat Capri 20cm saucepan & glass lid. Baccarat honoured their lifetime warranty without hesitation, and I cannot thank Baccarat and Victoria enough for their understanding, service and friendliness throughout our conversations. We are so happy with this replacement saucepan, and the handles remain cool enough to handle whilst cooking, and the weight of this 20cm saucepan is really manageable for its size. We couldn't be happier with Baccarat, and Victoria has our vote also.

Very disappointing after 5 years hardly used. Never burnt or scratched but a chunk of enamel has come off. It was a gift so I don't have a receipt so even if it has a warranty they will not assist. Expected more i would not recommend this pot. Show details

Great Fry pans for everyday use – We bought two Baccarat Italica frypans three years ago (one 20cm and one 30cm ) and although there is some staining underneath and on the sides they… Read more

have been in constant use and have cooked very well. They are extremely sturdy and handles don't get too hot to handle. The 30cm frypan is now starting to lose its non stick ability but after this amount of use it is to be expected. Will buy another shortly.

Average cookware, probably avoid – We've had about 4 or 5 of these frying pans in different sizes and initially they are great, non stick works well, they aren't too heavy, handle is… Read more

comfortable and cooks evenly.

Unfortunately within 6 to 12 months, the non stick wears out and they are pretty much unusable unless A LOT of oil is used.

I am happy we got them at 50% off or better, otherwise I'd give a 1 star review. They are priced at about $150 each which is overpriced for how long they last.

in the brand-new pan. Frying a simple egg will turn it into scrambled eggs as you try to scrape it off the pan. I have been watching dozens of videos online and reading articles on how to make my stainless-steel pan “non-stick,” but so far I have not found anything effective. Which means, cleaning up is infuriating. Constantly picking at the food to try to remove it from the pan as you hand-wash it. I suspect that I will be replacing this very soon, because using it makes me not want to cook.

Bad finish - very poor quality – After washing the the base of the pot holds water in the seam between the heavy base and the bottom of the pot and also in the handle of the lid. For $160 retail that is ridiculous!

This Frypan lists as a non stick ceramic frypan. It is NOT- a non-stick due to food items being cooked sticking to the cooking surface. .When the… Read more

egg/bacon is cooked it has to be flipped over and the plastic flipper has to be used to scrape the cooked egg/bacon residue away.

We have owned it 3 months( purchased mid March 2025 and there is no scratch damage which is good. We clean it by soaking with a touch of dishwasher liquid and water followed by scraping it with the plastic flipper and paper kitchen toweling.

Even though it is aluminium is is heavier than the other frypans we have owned and while rugged the feature we purchased it for at $90 is not there. Pros * Tough cooking surface -not easily scratched

Cons * Odd Size- 32 cms most others were 30 cms -therefore we needed to buy a lid * Weight- heavier than other comparable fry pans-we are a senior couple * Difficulty in cleaning after cooking-spent more time cleaning it than cooking

I would not recommend this fry pan.
